I am currently on a sabbatical from work (corporate job) and I'm looking to have the opportunity to create and see the fruits of my labour - building, harvesting & preserving, etc have always been therapeutic for me and I am learning to connect with that side of me again.

I looooooove gardening and tending to vegetable gardens. I have less experience with fruit as I live in Northern Canada and it's not easy to grow fruits here. I grew up doing renovations with my parents, so while I can't lead a construction project on my own, I can take direction well and am an efficient construction helper. Fun fact: I'm a weightlifter so I'm strong 💪

Quais são suas habilidades?

I looooooove gardening and tending to vegetable gardens. Every year I grow an abundant family garden. I have less experience with fruit as I live in Northern Canada and it's not easy to grow fruits here. Given our short growing season and LONG winter, I have been practicing more preservation techniques, but am not an expert (yet).

I grew up doing renovations with my parents, so while I can't lead a construction project on my own, I can take direction well and am an efficient construction helper. Living in the Yukon, you have to be good at being self sufficient - I am good at collecting firewood, preparing for winter, solving "emergencies" with creative solutions, etc.

Fun fact: I'm a weightlifter so I'm strong 💪
