Hi,

My name is Anne, but Anna is fine too (easier to pronounce). To give a short summary on what makes me me: food & sustainability, youth engagement, doing more with heart instead head and being enthousastic.

About six years ago I went to Australia en spent there 2 years, travlling around. I did a lot of Helpexchange/Workaway during my time there. It was an amazing time: I saw awesome views, met people from all over the world, learned new things and did things I never did before. Lots of memories, especially from my time with local people. That is what really made me happy during that time.

When I was back in the Netherlands I finished my master in (health) food innovation and I started to work in the area of food & sustainability and youth engagement. The youth network is about facilitating young people to grow and make impact. It is about making a better connection with yourself and everyting around you (based on Theory U). I hope that this will contribute to better corporation and dialugue (doing more with the heart instead of head).

I am a open-minded person with a broad range of interest and who likes to be challenged. I try to see the world through different eyes and to enjoy every day of my life.

Quais são suas habilidades?

Well a bit about my skills. I like to learn new things and I am open to a broad range of duties. I can help with cooking (also in a restaurant), household duties, gardening or farmwork. That are also the type of skills in which I have experience. But I am open for other kind of work.

Being around with people is what I like, so I also enjoy to work on an camping/hostel or in leisure.

Since I studied nutrition, I can also offer professional dietary advices and other advice about food and health, like food safety.

I have a lot of experience of these kind of (cultural) exhanges and travelling. I used a simpilar platform (HelpExange) quite a lot in Australiä and New Zealand. For me the best way of travelling around.

My biggest passion is food. I love to cook, from sweets and appetizers to a variety of cuisines. I like to share and learn new recipes. Always wanted to try everything and to experiment with cooking. Healthy food is important for me and I like to make recipies healthier. Having delicous food with nice people is even better and sharing conversations and laughs. It is interesting to learn about other cultures and how people live.

I am active person and eager to learn. It is nice to go out and do stuff or just sit down playing a board game and having a great time. Besided of that I also enjoy to read a book. I like to be outside in nature (walking, swimmming, kayaking, snorkeling, fishing).
