Hello :)
my name is Carolin, I’m 27 years old and live in Stuttgart, in the south of Germany. I work as a teacher for kids with disabilities and I love to travel during my holidays, explore new places and get to know new people and cultures.

A little more about me:
I would describe myself as a cheerful, positive and open-minded person. As you can probably tell from my profession, I love working with children and connect very easily and well with them.
I currently live in the middle of the city, but I enjoy spending my free time in nature. I love animals and really enjoy caring for them. I also like doing yoga, meeting up with friends, and visiting flea market. And I'm very creative and enjoy knitting, making bead necklaces, painting with watercolors, and trying out different DIY projects. I also love cooking and trying out new vegetarian recipes.

Inspired by friends who had great experiences with Workaway, I tried it myself and spent two wonderful weeks working on a donkey farm in Spain . I’m really looking forward to my next Workaway, as it’s a great way to travel, learn new things, and gain valuable experience.

Quais são suas habilidades?

I am generally very ambitious and motivated, I like to work outdoors and physically. I would also say I learn very quickly and am open to a wide variety of tasks.

Because I grew up with animals, I know a bit about cleaning and feeding them. I love animals and am always happy to be around them. It would be my absolute dream to do a workaway with lots of animals and learn more about them.

I have babysat children for years and therefore have a lot of experience in this area.

I love being around people, laughing together and am always interested in meeting new people and hearing their stories, but also enjoy spending time alone. I love the balance of both.

Also I would love to learn more about life in nature and about herbs. And I'm totally interested in planting vegetables and fruit and gardening.
