Hello,
my name is Carina and I’m from Germany. I decided to take a break from hospital life to travel, explore new cultures, and spend more time in nature.
I am a calm, easy-going and open-minded person, curious about new experiences and personal growth.
In my free time I like being outdoor- hiking, biking , climbing , swimming or relaxing in the sun and read a book or listen to music and sometimes I enjoy dancing salsa. I’m looking forward to meeting new people, becoming part of a shared daily life and learn more about gardening and farming .

I had a wonderful time with Rex and Diane, who made me feel very welcome. Rex really enjoyed talking about farm life and was happy to explain a lot about the animals and the daily work.

I spent five days on their 100-hectare farm and arrived at exactly the right time: feeding lambs and calves!

I had a wonderful time staying with Gerlinde. She made me feel welcome from the beginning and I really enjoyed helping out around her beautiful property. My tasks included gardening, weeding, raking, sweeping and moving firewood – it felt great to do something practical after months of travelling.
