I'm a Yoga Teacher, travelling the world one step at a time.
I worked as a machine mechanic for almost 17 years, so working with my hands is what I do, and Love to do. Also I carry a lot of knowledge about healthy eating(i've studied and expiremented different "diets" from raw vegan to ketogenic), fitness(all kinds of movement related stuff), crafts/tinkering , building & fixing stuff and life in general. Really into natural movement, balance, yoga(!!!), calisthenics & climbing now after years of lifting weights. I cook my own meals everyday, so I know a bit of that too(no formal education on the subject tho, or any of this. I'm self taught ;) So I'm more of a jack of all traders when it comes to working with your hands.
I have also remodeled(not alone) my house in Finland, it was built in 1953 so there was a little something that needed to be done :P So I can also help in building, gardening, maintenance, etc. I'm a fast learner if the subject is dear to my heart. Very open-minded, I don't smoke, rarely drink alcohol, I'm sworn tree(I tend to climb on them too :) ) & nature lover & conscious meat eater.
Ohh yeah, I'm 44 now, but I have grown to have a child like interest and curiosity to the world and different kind of people and cultures.

Quais são suas habilidades?

I finished doing yoga teacher training in June 2017, so that is what i'd like to be able to do in some form in my future workaway places
Machine mechanic was my profession before I quit my job to travel, and i owned an old house that I remodeled pretty much everything diy style.
So i'm very handy all around.
I've specialiced in making practical artsy things out of repurposed materials.
I've 'cooked' healthy foods for myself for years. Mostly i'm into making nice mixed salad dishes, and veggies in general.
I practice Yoga, Meditation, calisthenics and rock climbing(when I'm around some boulders).
Also I do a bit of tinkering/crafting every now and then(jewelry and stuff like that).
I've pretty good with computers too, i've put together my own computers back in Finland.
