I am Italian and grew up in Milan. I have lived in London for many years and now consider it to be my home. I work as researcher in the healthcare industry. I love all things that make me feel alive; yoga, meditating, dancing, being in nature, spending time with animals, volunteering, cooking and eating lovely food from the earth, and of course travelling! I love being of service to others and I feel most happy when I am helping towards something that will make a positive impact in the world around me. I believe that small acts of kindness and generosity can make a big difference, it this is what motivates me to keep on doing them.

Quais são suas habilidades?
- My day job is in market research as a Research Director, so I do a lot of desk work, writing documents, interviewing people, distilling large amounts of information into a concise story. A lot of what I do is also project management, so I know how to multi-task well, organise, co-ordinate and ensure things run smoothly.
I lead teams so I know how to communicate with people well, delegate efficiently and keep people motivated.
- I have a 200 yoga teacher training certificate.
-I volunteer regularly at the Buddhist centre in London, where I sit on the front desk, work at the till, welcome students to class, set up the meditation hall, prepare and serve tea to students, carry out cleaning activities.
-I dog sit every week, so I have confidence around dogs, know how to take care of them and socialise with them.
- I am bilingual in English and Italian . I am not a language teacher officially, but would be very happy to hold conversations and help anyone who is looking to improve/practice these languages.
- I am a good cook, in fact I am usually in charge of cooking in large family gatherings and dinners with friends.
