* PRIMARY AREA OF INTEREST AND FOCUS *
I am highly interested in organic seed preservation, bio-polymers, compostable and biodegradable materials. This is a priority for me in the future period and would be lovely to join ventures if possible.

Second concept that I focus on is: design & production of COMPOSTABLE BIOMATERIALS that are used in urban environments - for all of us that enjoy culture, art, funky life and theater, also walking barefooted, communication with wild birds and smell of dew in the unexplored areas.
I am dedicated with full capacity to take this concept beyond Serbia, so I could meet like - minded individuals, groups, communities.

* MY BACKGROUND *
First part of my life was quite challenging and my desires were all around the place.
That led me to start a company in 2017 named QuintaEssentia as I was business school student, brazilian jiu jitsu competitor, argentinian tango teacher - design elements of nature: water, air, fire.. joint in unity trough me. I am proud to have explored all those magnificent paths, that have led me to discover where my truth and inspiration lies today.

In the 2020. my company (start-up) was immersed in JavaScript full stack software development, with six employees. At one point, after I have accomplished all I was thought and knew I should, quite often voice in my head would emerge: What am I doing here? or also something like: Now what?
Realization and decision that I made in moments of even pain sometimes, have shaped the trajectory of my future. I have decided that the most important for me will be to EXPRESS. That's it. In every form, trough every relationship, personal or business vise.
If in any circumstances I am not welcomed to say for example "this doesn't feel right" I am not at the place where I belong. The only thing that i consider as my measurable KPI (key performance indicator) is the number of meaningful relationships I have in my life. Absolutely no matter what is it that I do.


* CURRENT PROFESSION AND BUSINESS *
Fast forward today, I have accomplished exploration and experimentation phase that came after. I found my highest expression in the area of work, trough BIOFABRICATION.

Basically, step at the time I was conducting a research in a beautiful, distorted, little house with a small garden in a city center. I use vegetable and fruit peals, to be exact - all that is left and not eaten - organic waste and I produce materials. Three type of materials:
1. leather like but made from peels - designers use it for clothes, shoes, bags and accessories
2. Bowl and cup, made from peels with experimentally custom made press
3. BUTTON SEEDS!
Asks for short story, this is actually how I have got the urge and inspiration to do all this.

After my trip to Singapore and Bali, I have closed my studio and went to my great-great-grandfathers land. Nobody has lived there for 15 years and it is abundant, at least from the perspective and depth of my heart.

Now I am exploring and conducting a business study. So, it is crucial for me to have few hours per day to do my work, with my full focus and dedication to share with you your endeavours for the hours we agree.

You could have my extended support, because I can not imagine more fulfilling life to do what I have been doing on my land but with friends, sharing stories, music, dance, laughter.. This is what I want.
I am eager to make connection in regards to art especially , traveling experiences, music, dance, projects, sports... All that supports the sensation of feeling alive.

This is one of the most precious skills that I have and the least deepened.As I was organizing tango festivals, many times I had a chance to communicate in Spanish and I would eventually become official translator at teachers classes. That happened as well with Gracie Humaita bjj - I was translator to maestre Alessandro from brazilian to english and serbian.I went to France to a seminar in Bordeaux and stayed there for few months, completely immersing with local way of living and language. Books from the library I still have on me to this day, newer consuming fast pace language knowledge as than - but please, accept me with all the fear and ignorance with compassion, I learn as if french runs trough my veins :) J'adore! You would be surprised to notice me one day leisurely participating in your everyday talks And for that reason I prefer workaway hosts from France at this stage, as gradually I am bringing dance back to my life and my voice - which simply doesn't go with out french language. Have been neglecting my aspirations for so long - time to change that. Thank you

Quais são suas habilidades?

Business:
PROJECT MANAGEMENT, Cost-benefit analyses, Legals for founding a company in Serbia, Quality assurance for manually software testing, Market research (but for specific topics), Speaker at event, Digital posters design (Ilustrator intermediate level, Canva surely, capCut and Premier for video editing, intermediate level), scientific paper writing.. I have no idea, so many things that are involved in running a small company.
Craft:
mold making, composting, semination (not on a high scale as my garden was tailored for me not being every day present to nurture it and I am yet to explore opportunities I have on my big land), ORGANIC WASTE MATERIAL PRODUCTION (by hand as machines are not portable), wall painting, decoupage restoration of old furniture, space optimization and amateur interior design.
Sports:
With solid skill for knowledge transfer: I am patient, firm and wonderful to pass humble knowledge that I have about martial arts, communication and Argentinean tango.. have been training before so much that I am familiar with core exercises in fitness and power lifting.
Cooking:
Adore vegetable dishes, pottages, pumpkin specialties, meat as needed.. I am not a perfect sheaf because I Iike to process food as less as possible for my taste, but have a sense to satisfy consumer who is free to speak about likes and disslikes.
Kids:
Keep them coming - I am a women bursting with life, energy of giving a birth to a creation. Please as delicate topic this is, I would expect if with given autonomy to set some boundaries of my own to them. Extremely important if the kids are involved, that we examine the authority style.
Dogs:
My biggest reference with this loving beings is cane corso Riko, who belonged to my ex boyfriend - when he went to Spain, everybody was afraid, but I rented a van and house with isolated shore for two of us only. I have some footage, our moments were surreal.
