Hello,

my name is Marina and I'm 39 years old and work as an environmental engineer in Frankfurt. In my freetime I love beeing in the nature and like to discover beautiful landscapes by hiking or by bike. My daily routine includes practicing yoga and eating fresh and healthy food.

I like adventures. Till now, my most incredible trips were to travel by mobile home in iceland, norway and sweden. But if you are on tour as a tourist, it's not that easy to get in contact with the locals and to learn more about the original way of life. As a workawayer, I hope to get an insight into the original way of life of the locals and would like to take part in their everyday life.

I'm a very social and active person and interested in other people stories and their lifestyles.

Language skills:

german - native speaker
english - advanced
french - beginner

I can teach german and the basics of english.

Gardening skills:

In the past I had an own garden and cultivated vegetables, herbs and berries. Now I only have a balkony and I really would like to work in the garden.

Cooking skills:

I like to cook and bake for friends and my family. Mostly I cook international meals and would enjoy if you could show me how to prepare your favorite typical local food.

Childcare skills:

I have two children, my boys are 23 and 18 years old. When they were little, we loved to make little adventures in the natur, play board games, do sports, do crafting and painting, do gardening, cook and bake together and many other things. I miss the time, when they were little and would like to support other families with their children. Before I studied, I worked six years as a school assistant, where I helped disadventaged children to concentrate, to get self-confidence and to improve their way to learn.

Animalcare skills:

I love animals and I'm able to take care about smaller ones and too have a little bit of knowledge how to treat bigger ones - but here I definately need your instructions. I had a dog, which died in 2022. It wasn't very comfortable with other dogs, but I learned to handle that and it improves my way to be a pack leader.
