The house is ideal as a country-side residence. It's a place to be creative, learn new things, develop projects, learn about gardening, hone your language skills and extend your social network and circle of friends.

I have a fruit orchard on the premises: cherry, apple and pear tree as well as a raspberry and blackberry shrub and lots more.

Train from Berlin Gesundbrunnen in the center of Berlin leaves you about 13 kilometers away. I can come pick you up at the train station in Angermunde, Wilmersdorf. There are buses about every 2 hrs to Gerswalde.
