  English language practice with access to a Doctor of Linguistics, friendship and social contact with exchange of experience on many interests and subjects including international cookery, eco/permaculture, possible opportunity to use experience of hands on building and project designing/planning.

  Calm, mature, friendly people to help around house, building, DIY, general building tasks and house maintenance, cooking, cleaning, female social companionship for young minded, friendly 58 year old lady with anxiety, ptsd and some mobility and physical strength problems. I am very interested in permaculture and living sustainably and would love to live off grid one day.
  
  A lady between approximately 40-60 years old who drives would be good to encourage me on little trips out in a campervan and would be fantastic. Also, gentle help with decluttering and cleaning the house would be very appreciated.
  
  Any skills for cleaning and maintaining an old motorhome would be very welcome too!

  Acomodação

  Your own bedroom would be available in a detached family size house with smallish garden. Meals and their preparation would be shared with host and sometimes one or two friends. Strictly non smoking please. Thank you.

  The location is ideally placed for buses, coaches and rail transport and they are all walking distance away. A huge beach is only 2 miles away with good quality sand (as opposed to the pebble beaches of Sussex). Lots to see and do including the spectacular Jurassic countryside with all the usual seaside attractions too.
  A bicycle can be made available if desired.
