I am Lilian. start this project again after this pandemic where we plan to include you to grow our business, we like young, adventurous people. I am open simple and direct.
the hostel has 5 rooms. 1 of them bedroom and the other private for couples or families. the hostel is located in the town in a quiet area away from the noise of the town but close enough to access everything you need.
We have been working with volunteers for 5 years and they have been pleasant experiences.
we are very familiar and more than a volunteer you will come to be part of this family
In our new headquarters we are really focused on good care and cleanliness so we hope the best of you for a good exchange
we offer a payment for your extra help outside of volunteering
soy Lilian. inicie este proyecto de nuevo luego de esta pandemia en donde pensamos incluirlos a ustedes para hacer crecer nuestro negocio, nos gusta la gente joven, aventurera,. soy abiertos sencilla y directa.
el hostal cuenta con 5 habitaciones. 1 de ellas dormitorio y las otras privadas para pareja o familias. el hostal se encuentra en el pueblo en una zona tranquila alejada del ruido del pueblo pero lo suficiente mente cerca para acceder a todo lo necesario.
llevamos trabajado 5 años con voluntarios y han sido unas gratas experiencias.
somos muy familiares y mas que un voluntariado vendras a hacer parte de esta familia
en nuestra nueva sede estamos realmente enfocados en la buena atencion y limpieza asi que esperamos lo mejor de ti para una buen intercambio
ofrecemos un pago por tu ayuda extra fuera del voluntariado ocasionalmente

the traveler will not feel as an employee (because he is not). he will feel like an owner more of this beautiful dream, besides a friend a brother and almost a son for mom and grandma

de nosotros puede aprender de nuestra cultura, de como mi madre mi abuela y mi hijo lo integran y le hacen sentir bien para que se sienta como en casa.
podrán aprender lo bonito que tiene mi pueblo. de buenas charlas y de lo mucho que esta familia y mis huéspedes tendrán para ofrecerles.
el viajero no se sentirá tan como un empleado (porque no lo es). este se sentirá como un dueño mas de este hermoso sueño, ademas de un amigo un hermano y casi un hijo para mama y abuela.
Esperamos a las personas proactivas que quieran colaborar nos en todo momento la disposición de las personas es la clave para que el voluntariado funcione

If you can speak more languages it will be perfect since we handle more than all people from outside the country, we also need you to know how to handle social networks, and reservation pages in addition to the basics in computing.
The person who wants to be part of our dream must be aware of reception, (we do not have a 24-hour reception.) check in, check out, wash clothes and be aware of what may be presented in the course of their work time, which will be preferably in the afternoon
If you are an artist we will be happy for you to share this with us.
If you work overtime, you will be paid for your help.
If you want to get money in your free time you can do it.

si puede hablar mas idiomas sera perfecto ya que manejamos mas que todo gente de fuera del país ademas necesitamos que sepa manejar lo básico en el computador
la persona que desee hacer parte de nuestro sueño deberá estar pendiente de recepción,( no tenemos recepción 24 horas.)check in check out, lavar la ropa y estar pendiente de lo que se pueda presentar en el hostel. Muy importante Limpieza general, hacer camas, baños, cocina,lavanderia,aseo general

we will offer bed, bathroom hot water, wifi, netflix, free time in the mornings and day without work. besides integrating it to my family totally, presenting it to my grandma, mom and family. WILL BE ONE OF US
They will have a bed in a room of 3 people that we always try to be alone in this room (but if the hostel is full they will have to share a room). we try to always have their space to rest.
ofreceremos cama, baño agua caliente, wifi fibra optica y día sin trabajo, además de integrarlo a mi familia totalmente, presentarlo a mi abuelita, mama y familia. SERÁN UNO DE NOSOTROS
tendrán una cama en una habitación compartida y un looker para sus cosas personales
(pero si el hostel esta lleno deberán compartir habitacion). procuramos que tengan siempre su espacio para descansar

We have not yet had experiences like this, but we are interested in people from other parts of the world and would treat them not as employees, since they come to help us. we have done other hosting sites and we have rapport with the people we met. We are very hospitable and don't be afraid to approach us. The owners are young people, adventurers who want some help to start this project. SO WELCOME TO THE FAMILY
hemos tenido hermosas experiencias con voluntarios que se van felices del trato que se les da, siempre estamos atentos a las personas de otras partes del mundo solemos tratarlos no como empleados, puesto que vienen a ayudarnos. hemos echo otras paginas de web similares entonces tenemos cierto acercamiento con las personas que conocemos. somos muy hospitalarios así que no les da miedo acercarse a nosotros. las personas dueñas del host somos jóvenes aventureros que queremos algo de ayuda para iniciar este proyecto y este hermoso sueño. ASÍ QUE BIENVENIDOS A LA FAMILIA DEL MUNDO Y NUESTRA HERMOSA FAMILIA LOCAL

I spent one week in her family, helping them running the hostel. work was not so hard and i had plenty of time to explore the city. She invited me to a party, taught me some spanish and even cooked for me sometimes. I really enjoyed my stay there and would like to come back !
