  We are Chinchu, Apu, Frida, Antonio, Jazmín Florencia, Alejandro and Sabrina. We live and work in El Bolsón, Argentine Patagonia. I am a lawyer, professor and administrator of tourist rentals in the Andean region. Alejandro is the creator of these spaces as well as the recreational and gastronomic experiences that give them life. The rest of the gang are our dogs, all mature, polite, sweet, playful and very active.
  
  This autumn and winter, we're focusing on improving our resort and, at the same time, dedicating ourselves fully to groups of tourists who come to enjoy winter sports. Therefore, we'll need help! We're looking for some very special people who can assist us with cleaning, gardening, and decorating the units, as well as welcoming guests. The houses are already built; we simply need someone to maintain them and take care of the daily cleaning after check-out. We also hope that the volunteer understands how important it is for us to maintain the routines and essential care, both for the dogs and for the property they will be living in.
  
  In exchange we offer accommodation in the main house of the complex. Literally, the heart of it. We have two bedrooms for 2 people each with single beds, a full bathroom with hot water, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry, garden with table and chairs, native forest in the background and large windows that provide warmth and light, ideal for working, relaxing and enjoying at all times of the day.
  
  El Bolsón is a mountain town, with rivers, forests, lakes, trails and even its own ski center, which allow us the luxury of getting to know the authentic life of the Andes mountain range with all the services and infrastructure of a small city.
  
  The complex is located in a very quiet residential neighborhood, just a few minutes from the shopping center. The streets are gravel, tree-lined and with little traffic. And best of all: the mountains always surround you, since we are in a valley that also allows us to have a climate that is a little warmer and less windy than the surrounding cities and towns.
  
  If you are thinking of coming to southern Argentina this season, this exchange may be the best option, as it combines home life with winter activities. It is ideal for remote workers and for those who need to slow down their pace of life in a truly magical and special environment.

  Somos Chinchu, Apu , Frida, Antonio, Jazmín Florencia, Alejandro y Sabrina. Vivimos y trabajamos en El Bolsón, Patagonia argentina. Yo soy abogada, profesora y administradora de alquileres turisticos en la comarca andina. Alejandro es el creador de esos espacios asi como de las experiencias recreativas y gastronómicas que les dan vida. El resto de la banda son nuestros perros, todos maduros, educados, dulces, juguetones y muy activos.
  
  Este otoño-invierno nos toca poner en valor nuestro complejo turístico y, al mismo tiempo, dedicarnos por completo a unos grupos de turistas que vienen a hacer deportes de invierno. Por lo cual ¡vamos a necesitar ayuda! Así es que buscamos personas muy especiales que puedan colaborar con nosotros en las tareas de limpieza, jardinería y decoración de las unidades y en la recepción de los huéspedes. Aclaramos que las casas ya están construidas, sólo necesitamos mantenerlas y encargarnos de la limpieza diaria de las unidades luego del check out. Asimismo, esperamos que la persona voluntaria comprenda lo importante que es para nosotros mantener las rutinas y el cuidado esencial, tanto de los perros como del lugar que habitará.
  
  A cambio ofrecemos alojamiento en la casa principal del complejo. Literalmente, el corazón del mismo. Disponemos de dos dormitorios para 2 personas cada uno con camas individuales, un baño completo con agua caliente, una cocina totalmente equipada, lavandería, jardín con mesa y sillas, bosque nativo en el fondo y ventanas grandes que facilitan la calidez y luminosidad, ideal para trabajar, relajar y disfrutarla en todo momento del día.
  
  El Bolsón es un pueblo de montaña, con ríos, bosques, lagos, senderos y hasta un centro de esquí propio, que nos permiten darnos el lujo de conocer la auténtica vida de la cordillera de los Andes con todos los servicios e infraestructura de una ciudad pequeña.
  
  El complejo se encuentra ubicado en un barrio residencial muy tranquilo, a escasos minutos del centro comercial. Las calles son de ripio, arboladas y con poco tránsito. Y lo mejor de todo: siempre te rodean las montañas, ya que nos encontramos en un valle que, además, nos permite tener un clima un poco más cálido y menos ventoso que las ciudades y pueblos aledaños.
  
  Si estas pensando en venir al sur argentino esta temporada, este intercambio puede ser la mejor opción, ya que combina vida hogareña con las actividades de invierno. Es ideal para trabajadores remotos y para quienes necesiten bajar su ritmo de vida en un entorno realmente mágico y especial.

  El Bolsón y la comarca andina forman parte de un entorno geográfico y cultural impresionante. Valles rodeados de montañas, aldeas pequeñas, ríos y lagos que te dejan sin aliento, chacras orgánicas, productores artesanales de todo tipo y una comunidad que vive entre lo natural y ancestral y las comodidades de la vida moderna. Es una invitación a relajar y suavizar los sentidos mientras el cuerpo se acostumbra a pausar el pensamiento y conectar con lo esencial.

  Ajuda

  We are looking for someone proactive, creative, and collaborative, capable of working as part of a team and also managing independently. The ideal candidate will have basic knowledge and skills for the required tasks (construction, painting, gardening, masonry, cleaning) and for the essential care of the dogs, the house, and the plants. There will be other volunteers living in the house, and we will also be working there, so it is very important that the person can live harmoniously with other people and animals.
  
  Buscamos a alguien proactivo, creativo, colaborador, que sea capaz de trabajar en equipo y también manejarse con cierta autonomía, que tenga conocimientos y habilidades, aunque sean básicos, para las tareas que se requieren (construcción, pintura, jardinería, albañilería, limpieza) y para el cuidado esencial de los perros, la casa y las plantas. En la vivienda habrán otros voluntarios y nosotros también trabajamos allí, por lo cual es muy importante que sean capaces de convivir en armonía con otras personas y animales.

  Acomodação

  The entire house is offered in this exchange. While we don't live on the premises, we are just a few meters away and work with the volunteers daily, so there will always be someone available to help with anything they need. We are also always available by phone. The house is fully equipped; we even provide sheets and towels. You will only need to provide your own food.
  
  Se ofrece la casa entera en este intercambio. Si bien nosotros no vivimos en el lugar, sí estamos a pocos metros de distancia y trabajamos con los voluntarios diariamente, de manera que siempre habrá alguien para ayudarlos con lo que necesiten. Y siempre estamos disponibles en el teléfono, también. La casa está completamente equipada, inclusive proveemos de sábanas y toallas. Sólo tendrán que garantizarse sus alimentos.

  The house is the permanent residence of all volunteers, our main workspace, and the reception area for the complex. Therefore, it is extremely important for us to maintain decorum, cleanliness, order, and safety, both for the house and for the people and animals. Guests often come in during the day to ask for information, borrow items, request assistance, or check in/out. For this reason, we expect you to treat the house with respect and responsibility. You will receive the same respect and responsibility from us and from anyone who replaces us at any time.
  The following are prohibited in the house:
  ° Smoking
  ° Bringing companions (even if just passing through) Hosting other people (or allowing anyone to stay overnight)
  ° Holding parties or social events
  ° Leaving dogs alone for more than 4 hours, especially if it is raining or snowing; leaving them outside is prohibited.
  ° Do not replace anything that gets broken
  ° Do not notify us if you will be away from the house for a day or more.
  ° Leave the house alone all night.
  Although the exchange includes pet and house care, it is clearly understood that the volunteer will have free time outside the house. We simply require that, in case of absence for a whole day or more, you contact us so that we can ensure that someone is always at the house, especially overnight.
  
  La casa es la residencia habitual de todos los voluntarios, nuestro espacio principal de trabajo y la recepción del complejo. Por lo tanto, es súper importante para nosotros mantener el decoro, la limpieza, el orden y la seguridad, tanto de la vivienda como de las personas y animales. Los huéspedes suelen entrar durante el dia a solicitar información, algún objeto, ayuda o bien a hacer el check in /check out. Por ello, contamos con que la habitarán con respeto y responsabilidad. Lo mismo recibirán de nuestra parte y de las personas que nos reemplacen en todo momento.
  En la casa está prohibido:
  ° FUMAR
  ° TRAER ACOMPAÑANTES (ASÍ SEA DE PASO)
  ° ALOJAR A OTRAS PERSONAS (O QUE ALGUIEN "SE QUEDE A DORMIR")
  ° REALIZAR FIESTAS O EVENTOS SOCIALES
  ° DEJAR A LOS PERROS SOLOS MAS DE 4 HORAS, ESPECIALMENTE SI LLUEVE O NIEVA ESTA PROHIBIDO DEJARLOS AFUERA.
  ° NO REPONER LO QUE SE ROMPA
  ° NO AVISAR SI NO ESTARAN EN LA CASA POR UN DIA O MAS.
  ° DEJAR LA CASA SOLA DURANTE TODA LA NOCHE.
  Aunque el intercambio incluye el cuidado de mascotas y de la casa, claramente se entiende que la persona voluntaria tendrá tiempo libre fuera de la misma. Sólo requerimos que, en caso de ausentarse todo un día o más, se comunique con nosotros para que podamos garantizar que siempre quede alguien en la casa, muy especialmente durante la noche.

  Jazmina es salvaje, desenfrenada, independiente, protectora y tan respetuosa que enternece. Los que conocemos su historia sabemos a qué se debe cada rasgo de su personalidad. Y por eso le permitimos ser lo que ella quiera.

  

  Antonio

  Alias, Tony Montana. Torpe, corpulento, buenachón, bufón y dramático. Un dogo con complejo de caniche. Lo más dulce que vas a conocer. Ama viajar y dormir en el auto más que la carne con hueso.

  

  Frida

  Frida es la mandamás, encargada de seguridad y vigilancia, hembra de pocas palabras y mucha acción. Un alma enormemente libre en un cuerpito pequeño. Si ella te acepta, entrás a la banda.

  

  Chinchu

  Chinchu es el corazón de la banda. Sentimental, fiel compañero, siempre dispuesto, guía de montaña, recepcionista y captador de clientes, el que entiende todo. Hay un antes y un después de conocerlo.

  

  Apu

  Mi compañero de vida. Irreverente y hedonista. Cada vez más tranquilo y obediente. El cerebro de la banda. Amamos subir cerros, recorrer senderos, pasear en auto y mandarnos muchas macanas juntos.
