Having Marisa stay with us was a very positive experience. Tegan our daughter loved her and Marisa was so attentive to her. Not only was she super at looking after our little girl but she also became a good friend and all of us miss her. She is the ideal workawayer and I would whole-heartedly recommend her.

I stayed with the family for about a month and a half at the beginning of 2020 and I have nothing but good things to say (unfortunately my stay ended a little abruptly due to covid when I had to head back home to the states). … read more the kindest people I have ever met and I loved spending time with her. She even bought me some mickey socks one day because she knew I liked Disney and it drove her crazy that I always wear mismatching socks haha. I still wear those socks! I also went to her parent's house in Cork with her and had an authentic Irish dinner with the family. Titan makes some amazing meals, theres one dish I still make at home after I learned how to make it during my stay. I would go grocery shopping with them every week and I was allowed to throw anything I liked into the cart. The location in Galway was amazing, I was able to walk everywhere I needed to and it is within a 5 min walk from both the train station and bus station. The work was easy and limited as well. I watched Tegan for about 6 hours a day mon-wed and had all evenings off as well as four consecutive days off (thurs-sunday). Fantastic hours for exploring Galway and taking long weekend trips. I had an incredible experience with this family in Galway. I was there for a little bit over a month. Tegan is the sweetest little girl and was constantly giggling and smiling. The location of the home is fabulous! Just about 5 minutes to the centre. Regina and Titan made me feel comfortable immediately and were always supportive of me to explore
… read more Ireland. I went for a weekend to Cork with Regina and her mom made some delicious bacon and cabbage. Regina is also an amazing cook and we had wonderful conversation!

I had an amazing experience and felt comfortable immediately. Tegan was so fun to look after and we went on walks often when it was nice out. Absolutely loved how close everything was!
I enjoyed every single meal Regina and Titan cooked which satisfied my vegan diet! The vegan selection in Galway is amazing as well.

Regina was also so supportive with my photography and helped inspire me in many ways to explore. She also helped my plan a trip to Killarney which was awesome! I definitely see myself coming back very soon.
