Descrição
We are an inter generational family. The first generation enjoy being active non workers (that means we travel - a lot), the 2nd generation are in full-time career mode and the 3rd generation consists of 2 tweenies. Our house was custom built to cater for all generations and is located on bush acreage with some glorious views and lots of wildlife. Despite this totally bush outlook, we are about 20 minutes from the Brisbane cbd with a bus from the end of the street.

With 3 generations, we have a broad spread knowledge of activities around Brisbane. With backgrounds from across 3 different states and being keen travellers and campers, we know a lot about how to get around our country and more detail on what to see and how to see it. We have also travelled a lot overseas and lived abroad for a time so we are relatively knowledgeable about different cultural experiences and very keen to learn more.

Our block requires quite a bit of ongoing maintenance and we have some projects such as manage bush growth, soil retention and protection, establishing a vegetable garden, protect our budding fruit trees from the local wildlife. The commanding views also mean we have to deal with some steeply sloping land which requires a degree of fitness. While we do have lots of projects of various lengths, we are particularly keen to find someone with welding experience (we have the welding equipment) to help construct protective garden cages.

We have a self contained unit in our house with external access. The unit enjoys bush outlook with balcony. It has a bedroom with queen size bed, walk in robe and bathroom (with a washing machine). The seperate living area contains a fully equipped small kitchenette (hot plate and convection microwave and fridge). There is easy street parking. No smoking or vaping.

There is a bus at the end of our street (7-10 min walk) that has a city service via the local mall which is about 15 minutes away by bus. From the city, visitors can access public transport to a range of nearby attractions. Our house is located alongside extensive state park that contains a myriad of walking and biking trails. There is a local shopping centre about 5 minutes away via car.
