  Hi, I’m Tanja — a friendly, creative, and easygoing homeowner on the beautiful Gold Coast. I love art, the beach, gardening, and creating peaceful, welcoming spaces. My home is calm, relaxed, and close to everything: the beach, shops, cafes, parks, and HOTA arts centre.
  
  I genuinely enjoy meeting people, sharing good conversation, and working alongside someone when it feels natural. I also value quiet evenings and personal space to recharge, so this is a great home for someone who likes a balance of connection and independence.
  
  I live alone with my gentle, low-maintenance cat, and I’m currently transforming part of my property into a wellness-inspired retreat with a spa, infrared sauna, greenery, and outdoor art areas. I’m also planning a small future granny-flat style space for an elderly family member who will eventually move in (not yet). This involves some early layout planning and light preparation work.
  
  The heavy ground levelling is already done — now I’m focused on creating beautiful, functional spaces both inside and out. I’m looking for a calm, capable, respectful person who enjoys variety and can work independently while being part of a peaceful home.

  • Helping install hybrid flooring indoors (rigid vinyl plank flooring)

  - Dining/shops: RIGHT ACROSS THE ROAD – BP servo, Subway, sushi, Thai, fish & chips, noodles, Pizza Hut, kabab shop, bottle shop, health food store, butcher
  - Bus stop: <1 min walk (direct to Southport/Robina via alley shortcut)

  it’s really important to me to maintain a peaceful and respectful environment. You’ll mostly work independently and we can find a rhythm that suits both of us.
  
  I really appreciate clear, kind communication and a sense of care in the work you do — whether you’re planting a flower, sanding a panel, or helping create a little oasis.

  4–5 hours a day, 5 days a week (flexible schedule – we’ll agree on what suits us both)
  In exchange for: Accommodation, while working, use of the pool and garden, own kitchen and a peaceful home base
  
  there is plenty to do on the Gold Coast,
  the bus stop is right across the road, but most things are within walking distance too
