  Looking for kind & positive people to help me out - but especially to make new friends, share stories, food and good vibes - while enjoying this beautiful spot in central France. 🇫🇷 


  
  My name is Jeroen, I'm 34 years old and grew up in the center of the Netherlands, in between the forest and lake. I did a lot of watersports (like sailing) and studied architecture. I’ve my own business since 2016 as an architect.
  
  
I’m a social, kind and honest person and I love meeting new people and share stories. I’m a fulltime optimist, interested in almost anything and really like new ideas and projects. ☀️ 

  I build myself a camper van (2023) and drove to most Northern en Southern tips of Europe.

  
  
  
In April 2024 I have bought this house in the center of France in the Bourgogne, Parc the Morvan. The house (100+ years) is in the countryside and has beautiful views over the valley. 🏡 It comes with a big garden (5500m2).
  
  The place is very peaceful and calm. You can hear the cows and sheep, birds and sometimes the river.
  
My plan is to renovate the interior of the house completely (in my own pace) and give the garden some much needed attention.

  
  
  I love meeting people how are as positive and optimistic as I am. Who come with good energy and vibes and are caring and loving to nature and their surroundings. 🤍

  For helping me out I prefer people who are dedicated, have some experience, take responsibility, are secure and have a positive attitude.

  
  
  I would love to get help with the construction / renovation, with garden work & with cooking. 🥘
  
  Everyone can take turns with cooking and dinners are shared (almost always outside). I’m a vegetarian, but you don’t have to be.
  I go to the supermarket twice a week and you can join me if you want.
  I’m providing 3 (vegetarian) main meals a day.
  
  During the renovation the house is still liveable. The top floor has two bedrooms and a separate bathroom. 

  Also the garden has space to park or to place your tent. 🏕️
  And I have a renovated small retro caravan with one bed 185x100. 

  
  I’ve a car and could pick you up in Autun 71400 from the bus stop. 🚙
  Having your own car is a plus - but not necessary.

  You can have your own bedroom upstairs. Or use my caravan in the garden, or a tent. Or park your own camper van in the garden.
  Breakfast and lunch you can have at any time. Dinner is shared and a great moment to come together.
  You can join me for grocery shopping twice a week, or go on your own if you want/need something.

  Closeby is the beautiful city of Autun. With all the facilities you want. Nice hiking trails. And there are nice (swimming) lakes in the Morvan - like Lac des Settons.

  There’s good phone signal in and around the house & optical fiber WiFi in the house.
