  Our project is a social enterprise that has been working in Timor-Leste since 2011.
  We work with permaculture and holistic education as our main tools to develop our social commitment community development work, such as distribution of free fruit and highly nutritional plants and trees and welcome school kids with enviromental activities.

  Our staff is very friendly, and willing to learn from a cultural exchange, Timor-Leste is a country with a very strong culture and traditions, so the volunteers will have the opportunity to learn about timorese culture and history..
  
  In the remote village of Atecru provides an incredible opportunity to learn from a community that still lives in a very subsistence way by daily collecting food and resourses.
  
  The permaculture farm stay in Baucau, 3 hours drive from Dili, is set on the rural area close to the astonishing pristine beaches of Baucau. the volunteers get the chance to see the country side, and learn from an agroecological farm and seed bank that has been established since 2011.

  Ajuda

  We run a hostel and restaurant in Dili, Timor-Leste, and an agroecological farm stay in Baucau.
  We are looking for volunteer help to support our staff with bookings and reservations, as well the daily routines of a hostel and a farm. Bringing new recipes for the restaurants will be also great but not mandatory.

  Acomodação

  At the farm, we will provide a room for the volunteer, that can be female or male. Meals will be also provided.
  
  In the remote village of Atecru is set a learning center with an Agroecological and Ethic tourism approach. A room will be provided in naTerra house for the volunteers.
  
  In our hostel in Dili, the volunteers will stay in a shared room with our female staff, because of that, we are looking for a female volunteer.

  In case of long term volunteership, we can provide one motorbike for the time off, when motorbikes are not being rented. We also have bicycles available that can be used by the volunteers.
