  Our family consists of a caring mother, a supportive father, and two wonderful children—a boy aged 8 and a girl aged 3—who are home with us every other week. Our daughter is on the autism spectrum, and while specific experience with autism is not mandatory, we would prefer someone who is patient, understanding, and capable of handling a 3-year-old with additional needs. Her autism presents primarily through non-verbal communication; she does not yet have words but has developed an impressive ability to guide people to what she wants. Keeping her attention can be challenging, so creativity is essential for engaging her—otherwise, she tends to immerse herself in her own activities while you simply observe.
  
  We can discuss her unique needs and how best to support her in more detail. We live in a peaceful suburban area just a short walk from Norwest Metro Station, offering easy access to the city circle. Our neighborhood is surrounded by beautiful parks, lively shops, and plenty of entertainment options, providing a perfect balance of tranquility and vibrancy for our family.

  Our home offers a warm and welcoming cultural exchange. As a multicultural family living in a vibrant area near Sydney, you’ll have the chance to experience the unique mix of suburban tranquility and city excitement.   Living close to Norwest Metro Station, you’ll easily access Sydney’s iconic landmarks, vibrant entertainment, and diverse neighborhoods. You’ll also have opportunities to engage with local parks, shops, and community activities. We’re excited to learn about your culture too and look forward to creating a mutually enriching experience.

  Ajuda

  We are seeking a caring and reliable au pair to help us with our two kids every other week. Your responsibilities will include drop-offs and pick-ups from daycare and/or before and after school care, light cleaning, and assisting with homework.
  
  During the weeks the children are not home, you’ll have plenty of free time to explore Sydney or pursue other work opportunities, as there will be no child-related duties.
  
  This is help to myself and my husband and is not full time. We need help most times in the morning but only sometimes. Maybe about 2 times a week in the morning and 2 or 3 in the evening.
  
  And again, that’s only one week a fortnight where a little bit of help is needed just until I am back home or my husband is back home from work.
  We work morning or evenings.

  We offer a spacious private bedroom for your stay, and you’ll share a bathroom, including a shower and bathtub, with the kids during the weeks they are home.
  
  The workawayer is welcome to my kitchen and I will buy food considering they live there as part of a family even if temporary. They can always just help themselves as much as needed.

  We have a few house rules to ensure everyone feels comfortable: no sleepovers, no visitors after 10 PM, and we kindly ask that you let us know in advance if you plan to have a visitor over.
  
  For your convenience, we provide a car/transportation for errands such as dropping off and picking up the kids.
  
  Our area offers easy access to everything, with Stanhope Gardens, Blacktown Centre, Parramatta CBD, and Rouse Hill Town Centre nearby. There are also plenty of gyms, cafes, and other amenities to explore during your free time.
  
  As a family, we sometimes enjoy dinners, movie nights, and outings together, and we’d love for you to join us if you’d like. We provide free Wi-Fi and welcome you to eat from our kitchen or use what you need to prepare your meals.
  
  We are a family that values and encourages open communication and believes in being supportive of one another, ensuring a positive and welcoming environment for everyone.
