  Our little pousada is located almost directly on the beach of the beautiful Costa Dourada, the first beach in Bahia, 30 km from Itaunas/Espirito Santo. We have a large, beautiful tropical garden with a pool, 50 meters from the beach and the famous rocks of the Costa Dourada. We are Manja, Norbert and Moritz, a German family, but have lived in Brazil since 2004.
  We seek dedicated, proactive people (we prefer couples) to join us as hosts at our guesthouse. If you enjoy a welcoming environment and teamwork, this is for you! Responsibilities include room cleaning, laundry, bathroom upkeep, and garden care like watering plants, raking, and lawn mowing. Marketing experience is a plus. Join our team!

You’ll join us in daily life at the pousada, share meals, laughter, and stories, and get a real taste to the relaxed rhythm of life by the ocean. More than just helping out, it’s about making connections, exchanging experiences, and creating memories together.

  We have a private room with a terrace and access to a kitchen. Bed linen and towels are provided.
  Breakfast and one other meal, either lunch or dinner, are served daily. On weekends, there's free pizza from our pizzeria.

  Our pousada is located 50 meters from the beautiful beach on the Costa Dourada. You can spend your afternoons at the beach or at the hotel. Costa Dourada is a small beach town with a few hotels and restaurants. If you love nature and solitude, this is the place for you. It's perfect for couples.
