  Kilometers of woods that only the close residents can access but rarely do. This nature experience is just a minut away. Shoreline access to the water reaches as far as the eye can see and next to our little communitys Marina ( where i have one of my boats docked ready to freely explore Swedens finest and world renowned archipelagos featuring thousands of islands, clean water and a polution free journey without real estate disturbing every view as is the case in Stockholm. .A real and quiet neighborhood with my house also having a property that encapsels a yard with little or no visible neighbors houses. Living alone with my best friend "Ding Dong". A large, playful, calm and very social 68kg male Rottweiller that keeps everyone safe. Unnecccasary really as this little isolated suburb to Västervik rarely sees any crime going back many years. And having the chief of Police as my closest neighbor helps. More info will come!

  Mostly minor projects inside of house or outside walls. Clearing an area for work, painting, yard design and normal hammer and nail things etc. Keeping things in order in the yard summertime, cutting lawn with mower, painting, and participating in short to one or two day projects. No continual tasks really but being orgaized with an eye for things is valued high. Design and interior experience or interest-talent is a merit and also an interest in learning photography, film production that includes lighting for differnt assignments but producing a series of music videos for an international metal band during 2024 is the major task.
  
  Having been very lucky to find a very unique house in an area where houses selldom are sold but every 20-30 years. I aquired my then 100 year house ( built 1919) of 190 kv meters size with the bottom floor housing an open living room two entrances and a kitchen etc That is to first double in size, then expanding out torwars the back yard featuring a glazed sitting area with outdoor access..The top floor has two same sized bedrooms where one is mainly used as a living area with an oversized couch, a 75" flat screen and surround system for movie nights. There are two adjoining areas each with a bathroom where one has a large shower and the other one has a washing machine. today eein 2019 from the previous owners that spent 50 years of happiness there. As there was no need for any major repairs I have since updated small areas in a slow tempo for the past 5 years.
  
  First building a professional private recording studio downstairs ( my profession ) then updating the main bedroom, followed by some other areas inside. But as I had just begun to begin the building of an extension and other structures on the property I managed to fall off the boat that unfortunately was on land, dropping 5 meters into the ground. But I got lucky and survived although its been a two year tough period of pain from the unseen trauma that came creeping. Its much better now and I will be 100% fit for fight in the future but I cant do what feels normal when carrying heavy things or motioning myself too long as then pain sets in and i am useless for days.. 105 year old wooden house built with the finest of local Swedish timber as one of fifteen unique and well kept area that not only is less than 300 meters from Baltic sea its surrounded by rarely used nature with wildlife often seen from the windows.
