  Hey Everyone!
  
  My name is Rob and I am originally from London. After many years travelling the world and teaching music I landed in Romania. I now run a community space in the heart of Bucharest, where I had previously worked as a Workaway volunteer. We are an International Community Hub where locals, travellers, and expats come together to share positive energy and celebrate life. A true home away from home, we foster connection, creativity, and self-expression. Our events and workshops bring people from diverse backgrounds closer, creating meaningful friendships, unforgettable memories, and a vibrant sense of belonging.
  
  Our hostel is a vibrant community space managed by a passionate team of travellers and locals, united by a shared international spirit. We value respect, open communication, and efficient planning to create a welcoming environment for everyone. As part of our team, you’ll be involved in weekly meetings where we celebrate successes, address challenges, and brainstorm exciting upgrades. Join us to contribute your energy, gain new experiences, and become part of a global family that thrives on connection and collaboration!
  
  We believe it's important to help you feel at home while you're on the road, so we've done our best to create a fun, homely and familiar atmosphere. Our spacious garden is filled with lush trees & flowers, a summer bar and Arabic tent, giving the feeling of a chilled natural oasis in the heart of Bucharest. Our on-site cafe/bar is the place to be. It's also a great place to get work done during the days with comfy seating, plug sockets everywhere and super-fast Gigabit WiFi internet.
  
  We are located in a quiet and safe neighbourhood a short walk from Unirii Square. We have a beautiful garden, full of nature, equipped with a stage, arabic tent, hammocks and summer tea house. We love hosting all kinds of events, workshops, live performances, social gatherings, community meals, philosophical discussions, yoga, self-development classes, art exhibits, and other fun activities like jam sessions and trivia/games nights.

  Become part of our vibrant community in the heart of Bucharest! We’re a hostel and bar with a strong social vibe, where travellers, locals, and expats come together through daily events and shared experiences. We’re looking for volunteers to help assist with bar shifts, social events, manage night check-ins and help out with housekeeping. If you want to expand your international circle and create lasting memories, we'd love to have you join us!

  We are happy to share our perspective on the city in regards to restaurants, cafes, markets, parks, free things to do, and hidden gems to explore. There are loads of sights, museums, parks, restaurants and bars in Bucharest - it's a very lively, exciting and up-and-coming city, and everything is reasonably priced. There is an efficient metro, bus and tram network in the city that will get you anywhere you need to go. There are also many local markets in Bucharest, selling fresh fruits and vegetables at very cheap prices. If you love relaxing, there's also a swimming/spa complex just north of the city called Therme which even has a sauna with a cinema, - it's an absolute must-visit!
  
  Beyond Bucharest, Romania has a lot to offer. Take a short trip north into Transylvania and you'll find lush nature and mountains. Take a short trip east of Bucharest and you'll find the Black Sea, and some of the world's most beautiful untouched beaches. Romania really is a hidden gem!
