I had a wonderful time (4 weeks) at Cheryl’s house, Cheryl placed her full trust in me which I really appreciated and she always asked if I was fine and needed anything else. The children are really polite and just amazing and I loved spending time with them. The house and the proporty are nice and modern and I enjoyed my privacy in the
… read more accomodation. I did always find fresh fruit in the fridge and Cheryl provided me a tasty and healthy meal in the evening. I truly enjoyed the beautiful landscape and the lonely beaches around Coffs Harbour and Cheryl was always happy to give me a lift or even lend me a car to make sure I can move around a little bit.
The four horses are all kind and special, it was a pleasure to work with them every day and I still miss them. Cheryl with her many years of horse experience and her big heart for them taught me some new and interesting things in handling and riding the horses which was just great. I could organize my workload completely free so if you like being independant, you will enjoy this little piece of heaven in Coffs Harbour as Cheryl describes it right on her profile. I did different things around the property and enjoyed to be mainly responsible for the horses which was my biggest interest during my time in Coffs Harbour.

Stephanie was an absolute delight to have stay with us. She lights up the room as soon as she enters with her big smile. No job was a problem for her. She helped in the house, with the children, the garden, the stables, and was proactive in working the horses.

We had an amazing 10 day stay with Cheryl and her family, they were all very accommodating and welcoming. The work we did was very flexible, Cheryl explained to us both what she wanted doing l, always asking if we were comfortable with it and we decided when to do which job. Jess loved spending time with the horses and Scott loved getting stuck

Throughout our stay we had amazing sea views as well as Bush views from our own space within the house and plenty of time to explore the amazing Coffs Coast. We met Cheryl at the local market on a Sunday morning which was amazing, as well as fresh fruit and veg there were plenty of tasty foods to try and lots of craft stalls. Above all we loved getting to know this amazing family and sharing stories. I have been truly blessed to have had Jess and Scott stay with us on our property. Scott was busy reinforcing the back of the stables, sealing the pool decks, helping in the garden, etc etc, while Jess was in her element taking care of every need of the horses. Feeding, cleaning stables, riding & ground work.

… read more I might add was in a terrible state before they reorganised everything :-) There is absolutely nothing that these two beautiful souls cant do. They are positive, self starters, very respectful, and just dig in to what needs to be done without direction.
It's been wonderful to host this gorgeous couple. And I can highly recommend the two of them to any hosts that are needing some extra help.

From the moment we met Suzanne, we knew that we had truly been blessed. Suzanne has the biggest smile, and the biggest heart. Nothing was to much for her. She was extremely caring & considerate, The children adored her, the animals also loved her and were very spoilt. From riding the horses, feeding them. mucking out stables, babysitting,
… read more cooking, cleaning, ironing, you name it, Suzanne did it. Suzanne has been terribly missed since she moved on to travel further afar. I can highly recommend this beautiful soul to anyone, anywhere. Cant wait to meet her again. She is sadly missed! :)Fotos
