  We have an 12 year old boy and are a Muslim family.
  
  Our son is an active boy and would love to play with you :)
  
  Our target is Zero Waste & Low Energy, especially minimizing plastic usage. However, this is still in progress until we are self sufficient for our daily needs.
  
  We learn by cultivating small organic gardens (veggies & coffee!) and plan to renovate an abandoned house for guests using recycled material.
  
  We are in the process or opening a restaurant, using our own vegetables, to serve the community.
  
  We are looking for guests who can align with our vision. Bonus points for those who have an idea of DIY/permaculture using recycled materials or similar.
  
  We are in a remote area, however, if our schedules match, we can bring you to Jaxa rocket center, onsen, and much more! Conveniently, the beach is less than 1km from our house.
  
  Our location is in Kagoshima Prefecture・Kimotsuki town・Kishira.
  Our town is famous for a rocket launcher and space center called Uchinoura Space Center(20 min by car)and Sea Turtles commonly lay eggs on the beach from May to June.
  
  Due to we want to run less energy and minimize operations cost in our living styles.please use energy ,water and any resources as less as possible. for food and bath we use public water, and use free water for others need.
  
  Meal:moslem meal(no pork and alcohol ,and they derived material) .
  we serve as can as possible we with our daily dish and quantity, if you thing you want extra please be honest to
  prepare byself.

  12:00-14:45 Rest and prepare &cleaning dish lunch
  16:30-17:00 Dog Walking--- (Work Time :30Min)
  17:00-17:15 Close In House Coffee hall &Record Check Sheet--- (Work Time : 15Min)
  19:30-21:00 hang out and game
  4-5days for help in a week
  4-5 hours / day
  Max 25 H / week
  Maximum stay 10days.
  Commonly we give Holiday on Monday ,Thursday(halftime) and Friday (Halftime)
  
  But Holiday is we are weather base schedule ( rain is can be holiday and indoor activity)
  
  If you want to meal together, wee need your hand Meal preparation and clean up and its not calculated as helping time

  Due to I work from Monday to Thursday, we need our guest to help independently base on my target for halfday(3-3,5H)
  and take full day holiday between those day.
  
  And Friday to Sunday help time as: Friday: 3H Saturday: 5H Sunday:3H
  
  guest must arrange their arrival on thursday night/fiday that i can show the job by independently for weekdays program.
  
  (we dont accept smoker&couple guest for now)
  
  Holiday are usually decide by weather (we don’t work when it rainy day or change inside work)
  
  animal: cats(living freely inside &outside house) @dog (indoor)
  chicken(outdoor)
  (Please be concerned for guest whom has allergies or some problems with animal)
  
  We ll share tasks for one week sometime ll change a day before or we need you do by yourself.

  After you contact us, we would like to take pre screening document and video call on zoom,skype or whatsapp to talk detail further.
  
  Wa aren’t native in English but we try hard to communicate as can as possible.
  
  Guest do not need to speak Japanese now but we find whom have a will to learn .
  
  Your stay at our garden & renovate house will be a real homestay, which means that we will be sharing everyday life. Therefore it is important that you are willing to adapt to our daily rhythm.
  
  
  VERY IMPORTANT: Please notice that when we host helpers, we count on their contribution to the help in the garden and house renovation , tasks can be tough and physical, but it is also rewarding, and we will always make sure you are enjoying yourself during your help and free time. This is a true exchange, not a vacation. We are looking forward to hosting serious and motivated helpers! We treat all our Workawayers with respect and as if they were a guest in our home.
  
  *My volunteer program on help is close to the farming help exchange program so I don't accept the people who are looking for just free accommodation and foods like a homestay. Also make sense that your effort is help me in self sufficiency and prepare food for next guest like food chain system. And the schedules depend on the weather condition , at rainy day may indoor activity (DIY/maintenance )or we ll inform to take holiday.I wish you can understand what I want to request you.

  Acomodação

  Basically guest will be stay in a renovate house for bedroom, share kitchen& man toilet.
  we have fan but the room dont have air conditoner.
  
  With share kitchen system in that house due to we Muslim please prepare everything without pork& alcohol contain in your food.
  
  We prepare for food material basically with vegan course.
  
  In meal preparation, we need your hand to making and cleaning after.
  We need it to make close to guest and host in communication
  
  Shared room in renovate house with 2 Bunk bed(guest ) with different room for male&female
  In main house using Japanese style bed.
  
  Due to we want to try for ECO living style (using less fo chemicals , energy and waste )we need your collaboration in here.
  
  For washing ,laundry machine until we prepared it@ guest house .Guest also can use at main house and we need run it together to less use energy.
  
  Its important to bring your laundry bag and dry them by self.
  
  Its important for us our guest need to be clean and tidy.
  *specially set for their bedroom as we prepare everyday
  
  Please prepare suitable working clothes and other stuff by yourself.
  we just have work shoes in 26.5cm&26cm
  
  Min stay: 1 week
  important to know: we will ll do orientation period after 3days until one week when you stay in here, and we ll give fixed work schedule. you can stay max 2 weeks if match each other in orientation period. Please be open mind if you felt unaligned with us after 3 days an after we made 1 until 2 week fixed schedule please be honestly not change for your early leave Because we don’t have enough time to reschedule our work when guest immediately change their leaving schedule.
  
  For your mobility we just have 1 bicycles due to its village area ,it’s ll be inconvenient to go to somewhere. Not good ones but enough to support for mobility.
  
  Nearest convenience store is 20 min by car or share taxi Or we ll give you direction to using public transportation while here.
  Twice a week there is movable supermarket.
  
  Once or twice in a week we ll be shopping for daily need if we match for schedule we can be go to city or nearest shop together.
  
  We just have working shoes with size mentioned before , if yours more than it please prepare your work shoes, when work in rice field is ok for barefoot.
  Also bottle for drink and cap for your working outside.
  
  IMPORTANT:
  We dont have enough budget for couple guest, so we wrote accept one guest, if you want to come with couple or more we need your understanding to share food if we buy food material and self pay if meal outside.
  
  Pickup service is at Uchinoura’s bus stop.

  We dont provide wifi & don’t have spare time to buy it for ,please careful prepare data sim card which easy get in airport or electric shop in japan.
  
  We can share our data plan with limited time and emergency use only and its strictly important to use it on your free time ( after cleaning dinner)
  
  For visa ,and insurances please prepare by yourself we need you to show it because it’s important for us.
  And we don’t support for its preparation also share our address before we meet each other directly.
  
  
  For international driving license if you bring it with you , please show to us before I ll take simple driving test before you use ours can for working purposes when I need your driving help.
