  hi, we are looking for help, Must be : experienced / slightly older > 25 year old ++ preferred.
  
  conditions all below..
  
  we are looking for help with :
  lots of gardening and KNOW their garden , plenty of weeding, some digging etc... and very Important :: can be left alone and Reliable .
  OR experience in construction and renovation tasks/ maintenance projects etc...
  
  I [Mark] may have to go away with my work for at least a couple of weeks at a time.. Means someone reliable and we can trust..
  
  couples get priority .
  
  
  about us;
  My wife and I, plus 3 children live just 350m from Japan`s biggest lake [Lake Biwa]. it`s an amazing spot, great for swimming in the summer thru Autumn, beautiful mountains and skiing nearby in the winter with lots of countryside around but only 30 minutes by train to the centre of Kyoto! please check us out on a map.. between Horai and Shiga station.

  conditions;
  
  hours: 2.5 hours a day for 5 days a week in exchange for accommodation. [sorry we do not provide food]
  the schedule may vary little by little each week .. but the total hours the same.
  
  BTW: you must be able to handle the heat in the summer [June to October] as the day times are hot from July ~ Sept,, expect 35 degrees C in the sun and high humidity NOTE : we do not use AC / cooler.. BUT we have the lake just a few minutes away to cool off ,,
  
  you have your own accom,, with fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, cooker, fan , No AC / cooler but heater in winter , 140cm wide bed.
  Water shower in the summer and Share shower room in cooler months.
  
  we also have Kayaks for fun! ..
  about 10 minutes from local ski resort [Biwako Valley], some ski wear and skis and snowboards available for your use in winter.
  
  we are located between Shiga station and Horai station, 10 minutes on foot. [KOSEI LINE from Kyoto station], 15 minutes from the nearest town [by train] and just 30 minutes from historical, cultural Kyoto, [ 1 direct train] so you can easily enjoy all the sights and lights of Kyoto.
  [note : you should be able to arrive by 3pm on the first meet,thanks]
  
  
  Re Shopping / groceries::
  the nearest supermarket and drug store is 1.1klm away , with a convenience close in the same area. plus a few restaurants..
  
  In the Katata town there are many "regular / chain " shops / 2 shopping malls /supermarkets / drug stores / fast food chains and restaurants.
  
  MUST BE non-smokers and clean.
  how long?: 2 weeks+ ideal..
  
  
  AND sorry but not a relaible WIFI .a very slow 128or sometimes 256! ...
  So, if you need to work online/ meetings online/ facetime or zoom with folks / large downloads etc . its best to bring your own ... which you`ll need when traveling around anyway..

  Well,, we bought our house [still renovating!!] have some land out the rear where we are trying our hand at gardening AND KIDS..
  
  in the winter time: expect to shovel quote a bit of snow by the way..
