  We are a cosy, family-run hotel (18 bedrooms) on the beautiful Isle of Skye, situated on the North-west coast of Scotland. Absolutely stunning views, countryside, mountains and sea.
  
  We were delighted to be on Conde Nast Traveller’s Gold List 2023 as one of their 35 best hotels in the WORLD!
  We are a unique hotel, steeped in history and heritage of our Clan Macdonald roots.
  Food and drink are at the heart of our business. We grow much of our own produce onsite and are keen foragers on the hill and shoreline around Kinloch.

  Being on the Isle of Skye, we are ideally situated for people who enjoy nature, the great outdoors and who want to explore all that this island has to offer. It is important to us that you integrate with the local community and really explore all the culture festivities this little island can offer. Our guests are a mix of different backgrounds and cultures all with their own story to tell. It’s a good way to experience Scotland, especially getting to know the locals knowledge of the area and culture. In return we wish to work with people who are both happy in their work and home life.

  We are looking to invite a couple to help within our fun and energetic Front of House team. These are busy roles in a friendly and fun environment. We are a fun and dynamic team. We pay an excellent hourly rate, with your full share of gratuities (which are usually fantastic) and we feed you very well.
  
  As a small hotel we have the luxury of getting to know each and every one of our guests and this allows us to provide efficient and unpretentious service which we feel creates a nicer environment for our guests and ourselves. Our restaurant uses foraged, home grown and locally sourced produce as much as possible and our menu changes daily making it an exciting part of what makes us special. Being on the Isle of Skye, we are ideally situated for people who enjoy nature, the great outdoors and who want to explore all that this island has to offer.
  
  We pay an excellent rate of pay with regular reviews and a full share of all gratuities as well as year-round employment. Each employee is precious to us and we believe that to get the most out of people they have to be valued and treated with respect.
  
  These are live-in positions for someone and I am ideally looking for people to stay with us for a minimum of 4 months please.
