  Hello, I am retired and live alone in an old farmhouse that is too big for me. That's why I'm expanding it further in order to be able to give people who want to live here in the West Palatinate in the countryside the possibility of a house community, family of choice, housing project/generational project, community of purpose. I am a veterinarian, breeding dogs for therapeutic purposes/assistance. I work as a psychologist in my own practice and in the training of HPP and hypnotherapists. I need help with the interior design of the apartments in my house, i.e. all-round craftsmen, maybe there is someone who is familiar with the construction of basic stoves - but that's not a requirement. From time to time I'm happy when I get help with the care of the dogs, there are also 3 horses. I offer beautiful surroundings near the Palatinate Forest, ideal for hikers and cyclists, but not overcrowded with tourists. A room is available in shared flat with me, also suitable for a couple. I get my groceries from an organic farm that uses solidarity farming. It is important to me to have a good balance between working days and free time, and that we can have a lot of fun together.

  Hallo, ich bin Rentnerin und lebe allein in einem alten Bauernhaus, das für mich zu groß ist. Deshalb baue ich es weiter aus, um Menschen, die hier in der Westpfalz auf dem Land leben möchten, die Möglichkeit einer Hausgemeinschaft, Wahlfamilie, Wohnprojekt/ Generationenprojekt, Zweckgemeinschaft geben zu können. Bin Tierärztin, züchte Hunde für therapeutische Zwecke/ Assistenz. Ich arbeite als Psychologin noch etwas in eigener Praxis und der Ausbildung von HPP und Hypnosetherapeuten.
  Hilfe benötige ich beim Innen- Ausbau der Wohnungen in meinem Haus, also Allround- Handwerker, vielleicht gibt es ja jemanden, der sich im Bau von Grundöfen auskennt- ist aber keine Bedingung. Ab und zu bin ich froh, wenn ich Hilfe bei der Betreuung der Hunde bekomme, 3 Pferde gibt es ebenfalls.
  Ich biete eine wunderschöne Umgebung in der Nähe des Pfälzer Waldes, bestens geeignet für Wanderer, Fahrradfahrer, aber nicht touristisch überlaufen. Ein Zimmer steht in WG mit mir zur Verfügung, auch für ein Paar geeignet. Meine Lebensmittel beziehe ich von einem Biohof aus der solidarischen Landwirtschaft, Wichtig ist mir ein ausgewogenes Verhältnis zwischen Arbeitstagen und Freizeit, und dass wir viel Spaß miteinander haben können.

  The history and development of the West Palatinate can be explored on many themed hiking trails, festivals are still in the old tradition of agriculture and viticulture. My personal theme is the revival of our cultural roots in annual cycle work and rituals. I can also provide insight into the breeding of and the requirements for assistance dogs and therapy dogs.

  Geschichte und Entwicklung der Westpfalz lassen sich auf vielen Themen-Wanderwegen erkunden, Feste stehen noch in alter Tradition von Landwirtschaft und Weinbau. Mein persönliches Thema ist die Wiederbelebung unserer kulturellen Wurzeln in Jahreskreisarbeit und Ritualen. Außerdem kann ich Einblick gewähren in die Zucht von und die Ansprüche an Assistenzhunde und Therapiebegleithunde.

  The apartments to be expanded are in the shell, partition walls (wood) have to be pulled, doors inserted, drain pipes laid, intermediate floors put in, insulation of the roof and floors is pending, stairs, wood paneling, parquet are still missing. And I'm sure a lot of things I'm not even thinking about right now....

  Die auszubauenden Wohnungen sind im Rohbau vorhanden, es müssen Trennwände (Holz) gezogen werden, Türen eingesetzt, Abflussrohrerohre verlegt, Zwischenböden eingezogen werden, Dämmung von Dach und Böden steht an, es fehlen noch Treppen, Holzverkleidung, Parkett. Und sicher viele Dinge, an die ich jetzt noch gar nicht denke....
