We hosted Astrid for 2 weeks.
She is very respectful, discreet and serious. She did everything we asked her to do, including repainting a garden shed, look after our daughter and cooking meals.
We are happy to host her.

Beth est une personne très gentille elle propose toujours son aide, elle est très consciencieuse, discrète et s'adapte très vite à la vie de la famille.

My stay with Cathy, Guillaume and Lilly was my first Workaway experience, and I had a great time. … read more my French, which is at beginner level - Cathy speaks very clearly, made an effort to speak slowly for me, and has a lot of patience. I helped them out with some cooking, organisation, DIY and an evening of looking after Lilly. I hope to return to see them again, and their new puppy!

We were very lucky to share 10 days with Mario and Yasmin. They know how to integrate very well into the family, while at the same time being discreet. They are kind, interesting and funny. We had a great time with them. They are very willing and motivated to help. They were invaluable in maintaining the garden and helping with daily chores.

J'ai passé deux excellents séjours en novembre et encore en janvier avec Cathy, Guillaume et Lilly (et parfois Valentin et Ella les weekends). C'était un très bel échange et je me suis régalée avec la famille qui est vraiment sympa et qui habite dans un jolie endroit.

… read more sure I was comfortable with the food, accommodation and tasks I was asked to do. Cathy is a great cook and made sure to make some delicious vegan meals for me although she had little experience with the diet before. I was focusing on improving my French and had great conversations with Cathy and Guillaume, played lots of board games, borrowed French books to read and watched some series and movies with them, all of which helped.
In return I did some light DIY tasks (sanding, painting,some gardening), I spent some time minding Lilly, playing games and speaking English to her, I cooked a few meals and had some conversations in English with Cathy and Guillaume.
They brought me to some of their extracurricular activities; running club, hiking, bouldering, swimming and to other events. I also visited the fire station where Guillaume works and went to the 'médiatheque' several times. Overall I had such a great experience in Adissan that I had to return and hopefully I will have the chance to visit the family again in the future!!

I only stayed for a week at Cathy’s and place but I felt like a part of the family. Cathy is very sweet and makes you feel right at home. Lilli is a sweet aktiv girl, loves to run around and play bord games. We did a trip to her grandmother and it was amazing. The hole family welcomed me very nicely and the nature was so beautiful. If you get asked if you won’t to come with them say yes.
When you want to visit Montpellier you can always join one of them on ther way to work and from there you can take the tram and get in 20 min to the beautiful old city.
Overall it was a really nice stay with a lot of fun and even though the weather was not that good some really beautiful day trips.
