  I'm Kate, 52 years young, and I wear a few hats: yoga teacher, coach, and menopause specialist. My home is in the stunning Valencia countryside, about 45 minutes from the city, situated between the charming towns of Casinos and Villar del Arzobispo. I'm lucky to be surrounded by nature, with two acres of land and the mountains practically on my doorstep!
  
  As a huge dog lover, I share my home with four wonderful pups. I'm currently looking for some help with their care when I'm out in the city or traveling. I'd also appreciate a hand with the land and house whenever it's needed.
  
  My furry family includes a mischievous Jack Russell-Chihuahua mix who can be a bit moody, and a Podenco who is very nervous, especially around men. Rounding out the pack are my Mastin-Shepherd mix and a sweet Labrador mix.
  
  I really need someone who adores dogs and has experience with them. Just a heads-up: when I'm not here, the older dog and the Labrador love to cozy up in bed! I need someone who is happy to be in a remote location (If I have to go away for the odd night or or two for work you will need to be here with the dogs)
  
  I’m looking for a lovely conscious woman or a couple in a camper who want to live on the land (i have 2 acres) open to less hours is self sufficient too (can use shower toilet etc) Can have 1 dog if gets on with mine - my alpha male loves young females to play with! not sure how he would be with a male here?
  
  I am studying Spanish so ideally I would have a Spanish speaker someone who can speak to me in Spanish and English or exchange so I can practise what I am learning. I am not loooking for a teacher just someone who speaks Spanish and some English.
  
  I eat mainly vegetarian pescatarian healthy food and meat only occassionaly. I’m very into health & fitness and do on the terrace and we walk in the forest next to the house daily!
  
  I mainly need need help with dogs if im out I want you to be here and feed them and walk them too this will be your main role and helping me in the house as needed (just weekly clean with me we will share jobs)
  
  I also need help with gardening & building a wall that fell down in darna? if you have those skills let me know! I also want to build a yoga deck at some point,,,,,if you have these skills could work? i also need help decorating my caravan & a room I am decorating. Just to say my dog is so afraid of men they would have to not stay in house but a camper she can cope with!
  
  I have a lovely home & small pool to cool down in! I don’t want smokers or drinkers here only healthy peaceful people (i do my practice in morning do like quiet chilled vibes) NO party people please. I need people who like the country rural life as my home is an hour from the city and is very rural, I have two villages 10 minutes away but you have to drive to them. Please note if you want to be in the city then my home is not for you! However, its only 45 minutes into Valencia so not far to explore this beautiful city.
  
  May be option to use my small car only for local jobs as very old but it is preferable you have own car as you cannot use this car daily but happy to discuss this but you do need a car here.
  
  Please note I prefer not to provide food for volunteers who are helping me with dogs or with light duties in the house. However, if you are working on the land with me for 4 plus hour per day on those days happy to make you food eg helping me harvest my olive trees, decorating my caravan, gardening etc. This can be discussed when we zoom. I'm pretty chilled out, so looking for like minded volunteers to come stay.

  I am learning Spanish so would love a Spanish work away so we could practise speaking. I am level 2 so can speak quite a lot but I need to practise more!
  
  My area is very beautiful and near to Chulila so if you like climbing or hiking or swimming in rivers it's perfect.
  
  I am also a 15 minute drive from Lliria (small town) so you can get the metro into the city if you want to see the city. There is a market in the local villages weekly and it is very tranquil and relaxing here. We are about 45 minutes from the airport so although in the countryside still connected!
  
  I teach yoga and am very into health and fitness so every morning I practise on the terrace you are welcome to join us and my dogs like to join in with me too! they are my sweet babies.
  
  We have a lovely home in nature that we would like to share with a kind and conscious chilled person.

  Ajuda

  I would like help with the dogs so that I can work and attend events in the city, my little 15 year old blind and deaf dog has to come everywhere with me and not easy now hot. So i need someone to be here with her the others are quite independent but she needs lots of support. Also to be here when I go to teach yoga or hold workshops and also when I travel, I have a weekend in the Uk in July and need someone to stay with them here.
  
  I need need help with jobs in the home and I have a small car they can use if want to get groceries for us in the local village.
  
  I also need help with the land with gardening and I need to secure my fence and clearing the land. I have 70 olive trees so I would like any expertise with these and would be open to a couple staying in my caravan or parking their van on my land but my podenco is very afraid of men so they would not be able to stay in the house.

  Yes I am learning Spanish, I speak quite a lot but like to practice with someone i am from the uk but have been here in Spain for 8 years!

  Acomodação

  For the work away who will be pet sitting they will have a lovely room in my house. I do not eat after 6pm but they are welcome to make what they want as know this is not ideal for everyone in Spain. I am mega healthy and prefer only fish and veggie food!
  
  If a couple who want to work on the land they can have own caravan and park on the land, I do also have a caravan on the land so this is an option too for a couple to sleep.

  I do have a small car they can use if valid driving licence its ok for little local trips and going to the village markets and want them to have if Im not here so can get to the vets if need to with dogs!
  
  I am a 15 minute drive from Llira and there are bus services in the local villages too I am about an hour on metro into city (nearest metro is lliria)

  I have starlink so really good wifi I do video classes and works fab! no to smokers i hate it (weed too don’t want here)

  I have 2 acres of land and my part is fenced to secure my dogs so there is lots of space for a van and I have solar so they could charge up here (but I have air conditioning on in the house so only if I have sufficient charge i may be better if self sufficient in van) They can come in and shower if they need to when arranged as my dog is very afraid of me so we need to discuss. I also have a caravan on the land with own toilet that a couple could use!
