  Hi, my name is Ilie, I'm 31 years and I'm looking forward to build a life closer to nature, growing my own food, and to learn to working with nature without a negative footprint. Some of my interests are meditation, hikes, climbing, dancing, learn playing instruments, jam sessions, swimming in wild areas, cold baths.
  In the beginning of 2024 I have bought a property in a wonderful wild place, surrounded by hills and forests with the intention of heading towards a sustainable life.
  The property consists in ~9000m2, and two houses, one is almost completely renovated, but the accommodation is still on-going. The other house, is a tiny wooden cabin house which I'd like to restore it using cob technique and natural materials.
  The long term goal is to achieve not only self sufficiency, but community sufficiency where local people can exchange their goods or services.
  I work as a software engineer (6-8hours / a day), but mainly the rest of my time and energy I'm spending it on this project.
  I'm interested to connect with people with similar values and have interests in things like sustainability, organic farming, permaculture, regenerative agriculture, growing organic food,foraging, live in connection with nature, in peace, persons that appreciate silence rather than rubbish talk, people with positive mindsets, and colorful! Art is gladly welcomed in any forms, singing, dancing, painting, playing instruments.

  The place is located in a golden quadrangle region, which is abundant in gold and minerals, but no active exploitation, however some gold and mineral museums are available.
  The surroundings of the property are magical, mainly Forrest and meadows, and fruit trees.
  Besides delightful fruits, the Forrest is a wonderful provider of mushroom's.
  There are also some good trails for mountain biking, so I would recommend bringing one during dry seasons.
  I'm delighted by the idea of cooking at the fire pit and playing instruments at the fire.
  
  Occasionally you can ride horses, but it depends on the availability of my neighbor.

  I'm looking for help for the gardening projects, planting trees, building raised beds, preparing the soil, pruning the trees, planting flowers, harvesting, building a solar dehidrator.
  Besides the projects related to growing food, I have many other projects related to home renovation. I have two houses, one of them was restored almost completely, and I have one more to restore using organic materials, like cob.
  In general there are all sorts of projects, some requires hard labor work, some implies creativity, other implies a technical approach. I'm also looking for creative people who can create beautiful art in any forms.
