  SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT
  
  In the last weeks, a band that i developed here at the studio won the Mercury Music Prize 2024! This is a significant achievement in the music industry and will dramatically increase the amount of work and interest we’ll be getting in the studio. As a result, the studio will be bustling with many artists.
  
  We need some great Workaway-ers here, ASAP!! got lots to tidy up for a big session in a few days....

  6. Sorting out storage room etc
  
  And , we’re looking for specialized individuals to help with specific tasks:
  
  
  1. In the long run someone to plant and grow food, and to plan and build a greenhouse.
  2. We’re also interested in someone with an interest in aquaponics – rearing fish for food by using water runoff from plants.
  3. Our eventual goal is to become self-sufficient in terms of food and energy.
  4. There’s also a large space in the house that could be transformed into a film studio for creating content on platforms like YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram. We’re looking for someone interested in running these content channels. This is a unique opportunity, and while it might not suit everyone, if you feel drawn to these projects, we’d love to hear from you! Even if these specific areas aren’t your thing, you can still apply, and we’ll find something else for you to do.

  A bit about us:
  
  Hi there, my family and I run a busy residential recording studio complex in the countryside, near the seaside in Normandy, France.
  
  At the studio, I work with, develop, and produce artists and bands who stay here for weeks or months at a time. I’ve had the privilege of developing many into well-known acts, with 17 top-ten albums so far, and I aim for many more!
  
  Recently, I became a single parent to three kids, and I’m looking for someone who appreciates music, can vibe with us, and enjoys the studio life. This is a great opportunity if you want to sit in on recording sessions, observe artist development, meet fascinating people, and perhaps learn some tricks of the trade.
  
  We provide accommodation and food, though it’s a bit cold and rainy at the moment (so dress warmly!).

  There are many creative people coming and going from the studio so you would have the chance to meet new and interesting people. We live near the beach, in the summer it is busy with tourists, and in the winter it has a insular and windswept beauty... it's a great place to write a book! if that is your thing... or paint... or write music! ...naturally :) !

  I run a recording studio.... there are lots of interesting people here, from bands to solo artists.. I have reached a certain level with my career where I'm in demand and respected in the industry. (7 Brit awards, 18 Grammys and 2 Ivor Novello awards, 17 Top 10 Albums, 11 Top 5 Albums and 5 Top 5 singles so far…) Yes so digital nomads welcome.
