… read more cuisine est excellente, elle utilise des légumes biologiques et cultivés sur place - c'est un mode de vie sain et vous apprécierez chaque moment. J'ai beaucoup apprécié mon séjour dans sa belle maison relaxante de Montaunard.

Cathy provides the perfect conditions for sharing in home life while also offering a lot of flexiblity around helping with gardening, cooking, cleaning etc. She is very communicative, kind and generous with her time and sharing her insights. Her cooking is excellent using organic home grown vegetables - its a healthy lifestyle and you will enjoy every moment. Je vis à la maison Cathy depuis 2 mois. Ce fut ma première expérience, et Il est vraiment "le pause". Je me sentais chez moi, avec la liberté et aussi avec la responsabilité des tâches quotidiennes. Sheldon spent two weeks with us and it was just Great .Very hard worker , in love with the pleasures of life : drink wine , like French food .He was in charge of the barbecue for all the parties we had .We talked a lot about South Africa and he teached me how to say some words in Afrikaan ( mossi for sparrow ... )

I had an amazing time at Cathy place... One of the most sincerest people i have met on my travels. Food and accommodation was all 5 star. The work involved was easy. I would recommend travellers to visit this awesome place and experience a bit if the french culture . Thanks again for everything and hope to see you some day...

Cathy is a very friendly person she ll take care of you at anytime. Home is just a piece of paradise with a big swimming pool. Cathy is near from the Compostelle way so she often welcome guests you can talk with. I spend 3 weeks with wonderful people here with her dog Jazz , cathy's friends and her family. We stayed with Cathy in February 2018 and had a lovely time. Cathy is an amazing host and incredible cook. She also has a great taste in music! She also helped with my French language too.
The village of Montarnaud is peaceful with some nice places to walk around. It's a short trip to Montpellier which is one of my favourite cities in France.
… read more There are some other great locations in the region too, I highly recommend Lac du Salagou which is about 30 mins drive from Cathy's place.
The work was very varied, but we mostly helped build and fix things around the house, and she always has smart ideas for improvements.
