  We are a family of four, living and working on a farm in rural Co. Cork. We both work remotely and also run a small dairy farm. We have two kids, Molly 6 & Fionn 10, two dogs, Robbie & Max and Paddy the horse. We live a busy but relaxed life in very rural Ireland. We are looking for help with the kids, getting them ready for school, taking them to activities and their homework. You do need to be a competent driver and have a drivers license for this stay, as we live in a very rural area, we will provide a car and some lessons in driving on the left hand side of the road.
  
  Would (but does not have to) suit someone with an interest in horses as I have one myself and there are opportunities to ride him if you are able to ride and potentially other opportunities to be around/ride other horses for the right person.

  We live in a beautiful area, in rural Co. Cork, we are an hour from Cork city and 30mins from Killarney. We have both travelled a lot previously and look forward to welcoming travelers to our home :)
  
  There's loads to get involved in on the farm, so if you enjoy being outside and being with animals then we can provide lots of opportunities for learning here. I have horses but not at home, I go to the yard most days and Molly also rides and you would be welcome to join us in spending time with the horses.
  
  We both work from home, so we are around a lot but the house is plenty big and you'll have your own space.
  
  You need to be able to drive as there is no public transport - we can provide a car to drive and lots of support and guidance in to where the best places to visit are.

  We are looking for someone who can take care of the two kids 5 days a week (one hour in the morning and 3/4 hours in the evening after school). Weekends are off. We are as flexible as possible with your days to allow you to travel .
  
  During school time you'll be needed for an hour in the morning - to make sure they are dressed and ready to leave the house and take them down to the school bus.
  
  From 3pm Monday - Friday the kids need taking to activities, serving a snack/meal and help with their homework. You would need some experience with kids and be able to supervise their homework, serve them simple meals & general childcare. We are always on the farm & live next door to family so there is always someone nearby if needed.
  
  You are expected to pitch in with the house tasks - as you would in any household - and help keep the place clean and tidy.
  
  During the school holidays the hours are more varied, but will be during the day. On occasion (especially during the holidays when the kids are off school) there are some other tasks for example some painting and you can help around farm as much as you like, but it's not a requirement.

  Accommodation is a modern, warm farmhouse. You'd have your own double room with an en-suite. We provide food for you to help yourself to breakfast/lunch and we will cook a dinner each day. We try to eat meals together as much as possible!
