Help with our large garden, clearing ,weeding in a quiet little village in Central Portugal near the beautiful historic city of Coimbra

  Hi workawayers, we are Jeanette and Bob from the UK who retired to this quiet little village in Central Portugal. We are looking for help with our large garden, clearing ,weeding etc. There is an old swimming pool on our land we are hoping to make into a natural swim pond, so if you have any experience with this would be helpful but primarily it would be helping in the garden. The accommodation we can offer is a small self contained studio house with single bed, sofa, tv, internet, shower room and small kitchenette. We have two very friendly dogs but are not adverse to your own furry friend joining you, as long as they get along with other dogs. We would like someone to stay for a minimum of 3 weeks but the longer the better.
  We are in a rural area so own transport would be desirable or you can bring your own van and park on our land with electric hook up.
  The centre of our village is only 100 metres away with supermarket, bar, restaurant and atm. All we ask is a couple of hours a day helping in the garden 5 days a week.
  Beautiful area for hiking and 20 kms to the beautiful city of Coimbra.

  Ajuda

  Help required a couple of hours a day with general gardening, 5 days a week. Clearing weeding etc. We also have a old swimming pool we would like to turn into a natural swim pond if you have any knowledge of this

  Acomodação

  The accommodation we can offer is a small self contained studio house with single bed, sofa, tv, internet, shower room and small kitchenette.   Also if you have your own campervan and want to park on our land with electric hook up this is ok.

  We are in a rural area so plenty of hiking trail. The historical city of Coimbra is 20 kms away and there is a couple of river beaches within driving distance. The centre of the village is only 200 metres away where there is a supermarket, bar, restaurant and atm.
