  Hello!
  We are a family living in a magical and remote place in the mountains of southern Austria where we host Seminars, Retreats and Sweatlodges. We are Richard 37, Miriam 34 and Aylin 1,5 years old. Richard is leading Retreats and Sweatlodges, Miriam is giving energetic treatments and making art and together we are weaving and creating our dream of a retreat place in nature.
  
  Our approach to life is about holistic healing, living close to nature and following a spiritual path. The events we host are often usually about one of these topics. We have strong influences of shamanic traditions but also host yoga seminars and other events.
  
  We live on about one hectar of land, surrounded by forest. Our facitlities are the main house, where we live in, a wagon (tiny house) and a camper van for guests and a place for seminars including a jurt, a sheltered fire place an outdoor kitchen, compost toilet and and the sweatlodge. We sometimes hosts Seminars here on the weekend as well as receiving other guests.

  If you come to us you would get the chance to to see how to live in a remote place, close to nature and aswell as our seminar place is set up. Depending on the time you stay you might also get the chance to take part in one of our events. You would get the chance to work on different tasks that are usually outdoors.

  Ajuda

  Our tasks and projects are changing with time and season.
  
  The main help we need is for property maintainance, because the area we are caring for is huge, so there is always something to do. This includes lawn moving, cutting trees or collecting dead branches, clearing up and beautifiying the place and much more. Also we need help for preparing for the seminars and guests.
  
  We also often have smaller building projects. Skilled workers very welcome but of course no requiremet. Most things we built are quite easy, if you know how to use a drill and a saw thats very handy.
  
  When you are here we would usually work together but as we are sometimes busy or have to go to the city you might also be given a task and work alone on it. We also have friends living nearby in the valley, and we sometimes work together on different projects.

  You will be accomodated either in the main house, the wagon or the camper van outside the house, according to the situation (seminars, other guest) but in any way you can use the bathroom inside the house.
  In summertime camping is also an option, we have also place for campervans

  Algo mais...

  In your free time you can enjoy the nature around us. The forest begins just behind the house and there are plenty of walking trails, you can hike up the mountain or refresh in the river in summer. But be also warned that there is not much else than nature around us... no shops, no cafes or any other entertainment in walking distance! There is very limited puplic transport so, if you want to go somewhere else you usually need a car. You might also get the chance to come with us to Graz, the second largest city of Austria, which is a 40min drive, as we usually have to go there once or twice a week.
  
  We would share the main meals with you and provide food for the breakfast that you usually would eat by yourself. We are vegetarians, altough we eat fish every now and then and can also provide only vegan food if desired.
  
  Be also aware that we have internet access in the house which you can use, but no mobile phone signal anywhere on the property! Internet is also slow somethimes and occasionally not working at all for some hours.
  
  We have three cats, so sorry no dogs allowed.
