  I'm CRISTINA mother of 4 children of which three boys all of age and Irene child disabled for 10 years. In the house with me lives Irene an extraordinary child who has slight paresis right and disability; intellectual.
  Arianna my second daughter of 23 years studying at the conservatory of music, then there are our beloved animals Goddess a 17-year-old dog and Ciro a 9-year-old cat.
  Giulia, my eldest daughter, will soon move to Lake Garda for work. Lorenzo, 19, works in a company and lives with her father, also in Faenza.
  I am a nurse and I work only in the morning in the hospital, in the afternoon I dedicate it to Irene, we have fun walking in nature, cycling, going to the park, to the library, etc.
  In my free time I practice yoga and I feed on walks in the hills.
  I am a sunny and welcoming person
  Faenza is a city full of works of art and ancient buildings, there is a lot of green and you can get around very well by bike. The apartment we live in is located in a very quiet area, the apartment is; spacious has three bedrooms two bathrooms a hall and a kitchen, more; two terraces, large shared garden.
  I had two experiences with au pairs and it was very nice and above all an experience that allowed us a wonderful exchange.
  
  Sono CRISTINA mamma di 4 figli di cui tre ragazzi tutti maggiorenni e Irene bimba disabile di 10 anni. In casa con me vive Irene una bimba straordinaria che ha lieve paresi destra e disabilità; intellettiva.
  Arianna la mia seconda figlia di anni 23 studia al conservatorio di musica, poi ci sono i nostri adorati animali Dea una cagnolina di 17 anni e Ciro un gatto di 9 anni.
  Giulia mia figlia maggiore si trasferirà a breve al Lago di Garda per lavoro, Lorenzo di 19 anni lavora in una azienda e vive con il papà, sempre a Faenza.
  Sono infermiera e lavoro solo di mattina, il pomeriggio lo dedico a Irene, ci divertiamo a passeggiare in natura, girare in bicicletta, andare al parco, in biblioteca ecc....
  Nel tempo libero pratico yoga e mi nutro di passeggiate in collina.
  Sono una persona solare ed accogliente
  Faenza è una città ricca di opere d'arte e palazzi antichi, c'è molto verde e si riesce a girare molto bene in bici. E'una citta' molto viva ricca di eventi artistici, musicali....
  L'appartamento in cui viviamo è situato in una zona molto tranquilla, l'appartamento è spazioso ha tre camere da letto due bagni una sala e una cucina, più; due terrazzi, ampio giardino in comune.
  Ho avuto diverse esperienze con ragazzee/ ragazzi alla pari ed è stato molto bello e sopratutto un'esperienza che ci ha permesso uno scambio meraviglioso.

  The volunteer will learn the Italian language better, we can suggest places to visit and we are sociable and I like the company and the exchange.

  The main motivation that drives me to host volunteers is in getting help for the management of Irene and the house. Cleaning the house, shopping, cooking, taking the dog out. I usually ask for a collaboration for 5 hours a day for 5 days a week, Saturday and Sunday are totally free. It is very important that the person I welcome speak Italian well enough to be able to communicate with Irene at best.
  
  La motivazione principale che mi spinge a ospitare volontari è nel ricevere aiuto per la gestione di Irene e della casa. Pulizia della casa , fare spesa, cucinare, portare fuori il cane. in genere chiedo collaborazione per 5 ore al giorno per 5 giorni la settimana , il sabato e domenica sono totalmente liberi. È molto importante che la persona che accoglierò parli abbastanza bene l'italiano per riuscire a comunicare al meglio con Irene.

  We are in the heart of Emilia Romagna, a vibrant region with lots to offer visitors and those who live here. The town of Faenza is famous for its ceramics (indeed, the French word for ceramics, "faience", comes from this town!). The town is very livable, full of events for young people like concerts, bars, cultural events. The famous art towns in the region like Bologna, Ravenna (famous for its mosaics), Rimini, Parma, Modena, Ferrara are easily accessible by train (all less than an hour away with easy train connections). Additionally, access to the larger Italian art cities like Florence (2 hours away by train over the mountains as we are just 100 km from Florence), Venice (3 hours away by train), Rome (3 hours away by fast train). The beach is nearby with easy access as well.
