This house is a site of the 15th century surrounded by a garden of 1ha. It belongs to our big family since 1425. These gardens are a known creation that requires a permanent maintenance and is open to the public. Its interest lies in the variety of plants, from French and English roses, to exotic aquatic pools, through vegetable gardens, flower beds, rare and exotic fruit trees, Italian and Asian statues. This house is located 5km from the Atlantic Ocean.
le logis est un site du 15e siècle entouré d'un jardin classé de 1ha. Il appartient à notre grande famille depuis 1425. Ces jardins sont une création connue qui nécessite un entretien permanent et est ouvert au public. Son intérêt repose sur la variété des plantes, depuis les rosiers français et anglais, jusqu'aux bassins aquatiques exotiques, en passant par les potagers, les massifs de fleurs, les arbres rares et fruitiers exotiques, les statues italiennes et asiatiques. Ce logis est situé à 5km de l'Ocean Atlantique.

The Gardens are classified gardens in the Pays de Loire region and will soon obtain a national ranking. I am the owner but disabled with one arm. My only help is a gardener and extra help would be appreciated for the maintenance. Then planting new roses and new treesis planting new roses and new trees.
Je suis le propriétaire mais handicapé d'un bras. Je n'ai pour aide qu'un jardinier et une aide supplémentaire serait très appréciée pour l'entretien.

The house is composed of 8 bedrooms and bathrooms. A cottage can also be made available with 2 bedrooms. Meals are provided by a quality cook, the owner himself. The meals are taken together, the travelers will be part of the family.

He has a stunning garden with many exotic trees, two friendly dogs, a big old house and a great location (20 minutes by bike to the ocean on convenient bike path).
