We are looking for help for the opening from May to July and have few positions for the whole season.
Are you looking for an adventure that will be a part of your life's best memories? My family and I run a watersports center in Istria and we are in need of hardworking and adventurous Workawayers to join our team!
Our family business includes windsurfing school, SUP paddling trips, kayaking tours, a big aquapark, and other water-based activities that create unforgettable experiences for our guests. We are located in a 5-star camping resort on a beautiful beach with a stunning view of many islands.

You'll also have a chance to learn exciting new watersports such as windsurfing, kayaking, sailing, and stand-up paddleboarding. But the best part of working with us is that you'll get to explore the stunning Istrian coastline and sunsets while practicing your language skills with other travelers.

As a Workawayer, you'll play an important role in helping us prepare for daily activities, assist guests with rentals and be a part of our closing team. No experience in watersports? No problem - we will teach you as long as you're willing to learn!
We are particularly in need of Workawayers in May and June for setting up, and at the end of August and in September for closing.
Since we work with tourists, please let us know which languages you speak.
We offer payment of a minimum hourly wage of 5.25 EUR.

Our cozy mobile homes will be your home away from home. Each mobile home comes with a kitchen, living area, and three rooms that can accommodate up to two people. You'll also have access to on-site sanitary facilities. Meals are self-catered.

The nearest town is Poreč which is 7km, you can also see Rovinj(30km) and Pula(50km) there are buses connecting towns.
You can also visit the national park Brijuni and see Coloseum in Pula.

Luka is flexible and understanding. The place is superb and the work enjoyable. The three weeks felt like three days and I'm leaving with some great memories.

The work is never too difficult and there are always plenty of people around to spread the load when necessary but I was largely messing around in the sea and calling it work anyway.

Luka and his family are extremely accommodating and made us feel at home. We’ve walked away with new skills and huge smiles. We made memories for life and can’t wait to come back next season.
