  The hostel is located in the heart of city of Split, Croatia. We want to provide a boutique, beautiful hostel experience to the guests staying in the old town only seconds away from all the attractions and bars/restaurants.
  
  We also want to enhance their experience in a way that we want to provide a light breakfast meal and provide several common areas for guests to: work/read in the quiet zone, hang out/eat/play in the fun zone or just grab few beers and enjoy the sun in the beautiful garden.

  The hostel welcomes people from all around the world, and this is not just a phrase. Literally guests come from all around Europe as well as USA, Australia and overseas countries from Latin America.
  
  With 120 beds in the hostel who are staying for a short period of time, this provides an excellent opportunity to meet different cultures, network opportunities and create friendships from different countries.
  
  Our team will also introduce the travellers to the best local activities and destinations so there will plenty of opportunities and time dedicated to explore Split and nearby destinations, and to learn more about our culture, gastronomy etc.

  We are looking for workers who can helps us create a great atmosphere in the hostel & create connections between the guests.
  
  Hostel vision is to create several events during the week which will be held in the common area and outdoor garden, with an main aim to create entertainment and social opportunities for guests to meet each other. We also want in a different ways to enhance guests experience in the hostel as well as Split so will work on creative ideas how to achieve these goals.
  
  Therefore, the main role of the worker will be to organize these weekly events, create groups and overall communication with the guests in the hostel about the. As well, he/she will be able to offer pub crawls, boat parties and other activities from our partners and earn commision on these tours.
  
  We also want individuals who believe in teamwork and therefore expect worker to be flexible if asked from time to time to help other departments - for example assist general maintenance, cleaning and making beds and/or assist the reception.
  
  For the hours helping the hostel, individuals will be provided with the accomodation which is walking distance from the hostel + commision and on activities (explained in the interview) + possible other bonuses
