  Hi! I haven’t been on here in a while — hence the low reply rate — but don’t let that scare you off. We genuinely need help and love having good people around.
  
  (Check the schedule for available months.)
  
  We’re a small family-run property in Costa Rica — a hotel and coffee shop , built entirely by hand by my dad over the last 30 years. I run things mostly on my own and I’m looking for a self-reliant volunteer who can take things off my plate without needing much hand-holding :)
  
  What we need:
  
  • Someone with demonstrable social media or digital marketing experience.
  • A genuine interest in productivity / optimization, helping streamline how we present ourselves online, increase visibility.
  • Light hospitality tasks: greeting guests, helping with keys, turning on lights, general property awareness when I’m not around
  • Maybe laundry and light household tasks as needed but little
  • Pool upkeep
  • If I’m away: welcoming guests, looking after the dogs, keeping an eye on things
  
  We already have cleaning staff and a gardener.
  
  Max 15 hours/week. Good vibes, no rush!
  
  What you get:
  Private room, fan, outdoor kitchen, pool, wifi, laundry, free coffee, and three very petable animals (2 dogs, 1 cat). We’re on the main road, 4km from the beach — bus every 15 minutes to everything!

  You will get to live on our beautiful and unique property with lots of free time!
  We are located on the main road from Quepos village to Manuel Antonio beach. Buses are hyper efficient running every 15 minutes for less than 50 cents a ride! Also the village is only a 15 min walk from here. We have lots of wildlife coming through such as monkeys, sloths, toucans, scarlet macaws and much more!
  We are 35 min hike to another secluded beach and 45 min walk to a hidden waterfalls. Theres 4 beaches around here total. Good gyms-yoga studio-surf-restaurants.... Plenty of activities to do around!
  
  Always clean, nice and quiet. Fully equipped outdoor kitchen for you to enjoy and cook in, free coffee and fast wifi!
  
  We can lend you a surfboard, boogie board, snorkling gear, yoga mat and gym equipment.

  Help checking-in guests - Care for the animals, turning on/off lights at night.
  
  What we need:
  
  • Someone with social media and marketing experience — ideally a portfolio or examples you can share. Instagram is key.
  • Help refreshing our rental listing (copy, photos, optimization)
  • Light general tasks, and pool upkeep
  • If I’m away for a day or two: welcoming guests, looking after the dogs, and keeping an eye on things
