  We are a couple (Miguel and Nasia) who lives in Komotini, a small town in north-Greece. With some friends we have hosted a lot of workawayers over the last years. Now we started our own profile in order to find more worawayers wo can helps us!
  Both of us work a lot of hours/day and it's not easy for us to take care of the garden, the chickens and the house! We have 2 gardens : one with some trees, vegetables and chickens (it's 5 minutes from our home) and the other one is in a small town 15 minutes from home by car. There we have 300 olive trees that need our attention to!
  It is especially important that you are a pleasant sociable person with a good sense of humour who likes good conversation and can appreciate eating good healthy food.

  We will be delighted to share our knowledge with you. You will probably learn a lot about growing your own food and self sufficiency. Through this sharing, we will be happy to discover new people of all kinds to discuss our cultures.
  According to the 2011 census, the municipality's population amounts to 66,919, a number that does not include approximately 12,000 resident students, trainees and soldiers. Komotini is home to a sizeable Muslim minority, which constitutes 45% of the city's population, fact that colors the city with a multicultural spirit!.
  Komotini is 2 hours from Thessaloniki (Greece), 4 from Sofia (Bulgaria) and 5 hours from Constantinople (Turkey).

  The most important thing is that you like gardening and helping outside. Some examples for the help are:
  -Water the plants
  -Remove weeds from the garden
  -Plant trees, vegetables and bushes
  -Plant seeds
  -Help with fencing
  We also need help in the house doing chores like cleaning, cooking, painting, building, etc.

  Our area combines sea and mountain! Easy access by local buses also, and we have some bikes we can share. Also Komotini is only 20 minutes from Bulgaria and 1-2 hours from Turkey.
