  I’m Amanda. I live in West Cork. You’ll see from the profile picture it’s pretty rural here. I’m looking for someone to help manage the garden - mowing, hedge trimming, weeding etc. A couple of days a week is good, with the rest of the time your own.
  
  If you don’t have transport or don’t feel fit enough to cycle the hills around here, you may not want to commit for more than a week to avoid feeling isolated.
  
  Additionally, a Spanish speaker would be useful as I’m hoping to improve my spoken Spanish level.

  I’m happy to share some free time and the kayaks on down-time and show you some great walks and places to get out on the water. If you’re hoping to improve language skills I’d like the opportunity to exchange English for Spanish.
  
  I’m in a quiet rural area so if you’re looking for excitement and night life, this isn’t going to fit. If you like the quieter life, love nature and maybe rain, this could be perfect. The walks here are beautiful. Ideally you’d have a car but there’s a cycle available to borrow and Bantry town is just 7km away. If you’re feeling brave you can even join me for sea swimming.

  Acomodação

  The cottage has guest bedrooms with WiFi and TV available. You’d have your own bathroom. I’m rural so you’d want either your own car or be fit enough to cycle the 7km to Bantry. There’s a fabulous patio with views into the valley.

  Peace and quiet of the area makes reading a lovely pastime. There's cycling and walking, too, of course. Although lifts to town are available (and back on some days) where there are pubs and restaurants. This is not the choice for you if you're a party animal!
  
  A more mature workawayer would be appreciated.
