  To start off: the reason why we have a 75% rating is because we couldn’t log into the account for years and haven’t been at all active, after a bad volunteer experience we have kind of abandoned the profile. We are starting volunteer activity again after approximately 6-7 years.

  We are looking for people with specific skill sets from horse training to their general care. Write me at any time and I can also send you pics that way. I ride all the horses, they are all rideable and nice, they are taught not in an European way or riding more like Spanish and western so they will not react on pulling their mouths like Europeans ride. I am European too, but I have lived and ridden in the USA a lot and South America so I ride more relaxes western style and that's how the horses were taught. I need someone who would not be just vacationing at my place riding horses, but someone who would take over their complete care-feeding, cleaning, cleaning water and feed receptacles, cutting grass somewhat, giving them hay, feed, riding them and have an entire itinerary with them daily, put the ones who are not riding on a turn out etc... washing them, brushing them, taking care of them as if they were your own horses. That is what I am looking for. We have young horses that need to be prepared for endurance racing, pleasure rides. We have about 40 km of pristine beach to ride right in front of our property.
  Our place is private and features virgin clean blue ocean waters and beach.
  
  
  We offer: accommodations in a separate house, fully equipped kitchen.
  Food: We provide full lunch-large quantity good quality foods made from scratch and water to our workaways for FULL 5 hour workday (special arrangements can be made if the needs of a workaway are different)

  House, each room has a bathroom, rooms share full kitchen. No mess and abusive living and smoking will be permitted as this house is brand new, this is not a hostal.

  We live on the beach so any water sports are possible, especially surfing, body boarding. Many people play volleyball and soccer in the evenings. Town of Puerto Cayo is about 7 mins away, Jipijapa 20 mins and Manta 45. There is a bus that can be taken by the entrance of the property, owners go to Manta almost every day.
