Help make a great place surrounded by nature in Blaubeuren, Germany

This is a house with 30 beds that can be rented by groups. It is nicely located near the historic small town Blaubeuren with the famous "Blautopf" in southern Germany. The house is surrounded by fields and forest. Hiking trails, ski tracks and a climbing area (Blaufelsen) are very close.

The house is in excellent condition but still there are many ideas for improvement in the house and outdoors. We do need help in putting these projects into practice. Ideas range from building a pool heated by a wood-burning oven, a wood-burning pizza oven, a new terrace, building additional sleeping rooms and building a sauna. We are also open for your ideas.
