From the moment we arrived we felt like home and it was always a pleasure to spend time with you. Judith and Florian were such lovely people. They were an absolute pleasure to host and worked so well at all tasks we gave them. We were sad to say goodbye to them and know they will be assets for any future hosts.
We had such a lovely time staying with Anne-Marie and Struan at their sweet, beautiful, and cozy Arrowtown home! They were warm and welcoming hosts and we felt cared for the entire time. We so appreciated their hospitality, the accommodation, home cooked meals, and excellent conversations. We even began to pick up a bit of rugby and cricket from watching with Struan! We left Arrowtown feeling like friends more than workawayers :) and were even able to pop by and say hi to Anne-Marie and Struan a few weeks later. Thank you so much for your kindness and generosity :)

Kat and Dean were excellent workaway helpers. They had many skills and could be trusted to get on with any job in our absence. They had great initiative and attention to detail. Very easy to have in our home and we would definitely recommend them to future hosts.

We could not have had better hosts, welcoming, generous and fun! Anne-Marie and Struan have an amazing house and garden that it was in fact a pleasure to work there! Stunning. Also meeting and doing some work for the lovely extended family has made us feel very much cared for and at home. Thank you for everything!

Carmen was a fabulous helper. She was happy , enthusiastic and willing to do any kind of work we asked her to do. She showed initiative and was an absolute pleasure to have in our home. Highly recommended.

I spend my first weeks in New Zealand with Anne-Marie and Struan and I couldn't have been luckier. They have a beautiful garden in which I mostly helped them with weeding and pruning and during my off time they gave me the best recommendations of where to go and hike. The room I was given during my stay definitely exceeded all of my expectations. Also, Queenstown is super easy to reach by bus, but even exploring Arrowtown itself was 100% worth it.

I stayed with Anne-Marie and Struan for a week. It was my first one in New Zealand, so I was a little bit lost but they helped me with everything, I lost my wallet and phone and Anne-Marie helped me with all. The work was flexible and fun. Arrowtown is a really nice town and it was easy to get a bus to go to Queenstown or nearby.
