  I have a private home, townhouse with a small garden in an urbanization, 4 bed rooms, 1km from the ocean, 4km form a lovely middle size town. I am self employed and work form home most of the time, sometimes out for appointments, I am 56y. My son lives currently in the house too, 24y.

  My home is quiet, but there are many options to move around the coast and different places, towns, beaches and nature. We can occasionally have excursión together.

  Help is appreciated for maintanance work on the house, as sealing works, refresh grountings, some carpenter works. Also cleaning of shutters and radiators.
