  I offer a beautiful sunny room for you alone ,wlan,big kitchen room ,fridge, 6 flames gasoven for cooking,balkony,books,art and a bike, bathroom etc no television! and you can smoke in the balcon
  two inutes to the netx subway,2 minutes to all busses..
  ten minutes to the next park,13 minutes to Grunewald the biggest forest in town.
  
  I can offer right now a bright sunny room as sleeping room.
