  Welcome to my profile. I am happy to meet interesting people and work on my paradise directly on the mountain between Munich and Salzburg or Kufstein and the Bavarian sea "Chiemsee". But the to-do list is a book, now. Many things have been started, alone everything takes forever and often lacks motivation. Therefore, I offer a win-win situation and I am happy about some help.
  Ideally, of course, craftsmen or car mechanics, but also helpers to shovel soil, laying stones, bookkeeping, video editing, and much more...
  A small excerpt from my to-do book:
  -The biggest project is to build a house or barn out of wood, the material is already there but it is currently still missing the building permit (welcome to Germany)
  -moving earth, stones (fireplace needs to be built, embankment wall, etc.)
  -masonry of rock walls, floor slabs...
  -painting the house, maybe restoring the mural, sanding and painting wood, ...)
  -building a chicken coop and patio roof (foundation already concreted)
  -Video editing of lectures recorded with 2-3 cameras
  -Design and implement house network (wifi, house server, etc.)
  -Repair car and tractor (my small Holder tractor needs an overhaul and I have other old cars (vintage hobby), they should get TÜV and eventually be sold)
  -Permaculture, planting the raised beds (during Corona I planted 10 beds) as well as gardening (shortening bushes, mowing the meadow ...)
  -office help (but only in german)
  -Household help (cooking, cleaning, washing) because I partly rent rooms through AirBNB
  A carpenter, bricklayer or car mechanic would be just the best for me but everyone finds the opportunity to do something that suits him. It should be fun for you, therefore also completely free timing. We can work together or each for himself. Maybe you want to work only 2 days and then have 5 days of vacation?
  
  Gladly you come first only over a weekend, longer than 2 weeks I would agree only after personal acquaintance, since everything in the house is open.
  
  About me: divorced, single, former sales director, marketing professional in IT, resident DJ and much more I got out 10 years ago to experience the meaning of life. After a lot of learning until I became a spiritual master, I now live more grounded again, build my nest and enjoy life on the mountain in the Chiemgau Alps. So I enjoy again with pleasure sometimes a wine or beer, smoke if it disturbs nobody and eat no longer 100% vegetarian. Alone I find cooking difficult, but otherwise I eat consciously, without white sugar, preferably organic, get the water from a mountain spring, etc..
  Currently with all the work rather withdrawn, in silence, like a good movie but sometimes also to friends or to a party.
  As an influencer on Youtube and with the organization of lectures and congresses around the topic of consciousness I was very active before Corona and am known in the scene. However, that is currently dormant.
  I want to move the whole life outdoors (at least in the summer), for this my craftsman training as an electrician helps me a lot and I do most of it myself. Outdoor kitchen, outdoor seating with sleeping facilities, pool, fireplace, maybe even a bathtub outside and much more is planned and the foundation is already laid.
  My hobbies are self-sufficiency, water sports, snowboarding, prehistoric history, classic cars, energy efficiency, DIY, music (rebuilt my turntables this winter after 12 years), alternative living, laws of nature and much more.
  Am open to everything, my best friends are 29 and 67 so have no preconceptions and a very broad spectrum. Can talk for nights about everything in this world (apart from soccer, or things that are on TV). I love electronic music, since limitless, but live I was last on AC/DC and Hang Massive, so also here very open!
  
  So I just notify without obligation, there are plenty of opportunities as long as my rooms are available. Best to come right away when you want and how long (time span), because I have some requests.

  Acomodação

  Detached house on the mountain with garden in the middle of nature. Thus absolute peace and silence available but you can also be louder (music, party, work noise) without disturbing the neighbors. 2 guest rooms and living room and own small bathroom on the upper floor available. Upper floor for you alone, unless there are friends, overnight guests or my daughter (13 years every 2nd weekend) there.
  Kitchen use is a given, dining room/office/patio/use of my second car (only with driver licence)/mountain bike/sauna by arrangement.
  
  Whether living together / eating or completely independently depending on symphathy, everything can be arranged as in a shared apartment.

  I live on the mountain, so no train station in front of the house. *smile* After consultation, the use of a car would be possible, therefore driver's license advantageous. The location is ideal for ALL kinds of recreational opportunities. Directly between Salzburg and Munich at the Bavarian Sea (Chiemsee) Munich, Salzburg, Innsbruck is reachable under 1 hour, in Italy you would be under 1.5 hours.
