  I am from Ireland, but now I live in Santa Pola, of Alicante province. I have 64 years, male, home owner.
  I live with one friendly dog.
  I am interested in artistic designs, mosaic tiling, art, culture, music, recycling, garden, DIY, photography.
  At times I seek additional help for projects.
  This can be painting or light general maintenance, or tiling or photography collaboration or dog minding.
  The house has 2 bedrooms with their own key to enter, and ventilation and ample terrace and garden space.
  
  I am very easy going, very open minded, of good health and I live a life without alcohol or drugs.
  
  In return for 4 /5 hours a day of help, I will provide free accommodation in own private bedroom, WiFi and 3 meals+ drinks. I do NOT provide alcoholic beverages.
  Meals & drinks are provided ONLY on days that work is carried out.
  There is a supermarket a mere 8 minute walk from the house.
  Within 10 minutes walk, there are bars, restaurants, ATM, bus stop (for Alicante, Elche, beach, airport, Santa Pola), thrift stores, supermarkets.
  
  I do NOT host Digital Nomads nor Influencers nor bloggers nor YouTubers nor Gamers.

  The Taveller / Workawayer hopefully will become experience in the construction work for future employers, or improve their level of English language, or español.

  I would offer for a Workawayer:
  Own individual private bedroom with full linen, towels, shampoos & gels etc.
  All meals of breakfast, lunch, dinners on the days that volunteer work is given.
  No meals provided on the Workawayer's free days.
  No alcohol is served during work hours.
  Workawayers can have beers at evening time without a problem.
  Transport if required from the airport or the bus stop of Gran Alacant /Santa Pola
  High speed WiFi internet provided.
  
  House is modern, fully equipped.
  I speak fluent English and basic Spanish.
  
  The help that I would require is general maintenance, or painting chores. Non profit!!!
  Or for photography collaboration.
  Or language exchange of Spanish/English.
  Ideally I would seek a male "Workawayer", who has some experience in DIY projects.

  There is internet connection, and full access to a community swimming pool. ( 10 to 23 hrs all year)
  
  1 kilometre from the nearest beach, Playa Carabassi.
  Familiar & nudist beaches.
  6 kilometres from the airport of Alicante.
  4 kilometres from the town of Santa Pola.
  15 kilometres from the city of Alicante.
  
  Village name is Gran Alacant
  Suburb of the town of Santa Pola (03130), Alicante province.

  My location zone is Gran Alacant, a little town of 10,000 persons.
  A coastal town with all amenities of supermarkets, bars, restaurants of all cuisines. Walking distance to a superb beach.
  
  Things to see and do:

  I am a very Open minded, quiet,kind man. Non drinker. Dog owner. Discreet.
  ID is required upon arrival.
  I will NOT tolerate theft of any description, alcohol abuse, drug abuse.
  I do NOT give money to a Workawayer for him /her to buy their own food.
  I do NOT carry a Workawayer to the supermarket for him /her to do their shopping while wanting me to pay for it.
  I will ask in advance what foods, drinks, snacks etc does a Workawayer like /not like.
  
  If a Workawayer breaks rules or refuses to do the work that I ask of him /her, or steal items, or have a dependency on alcohol or drugs during work hours; I have the right to ask this person to leave the property.

  A small sized van, for example VW type campervan or similar size can be parked for free adjacent to the property. No large caravans allowed on the street.

  I have a super friendly medium sized dog, of the breed Bodeguero Andaluz. I can host someone who is travelling with a small to medium sized dog. Maximum: one dog. Must be vaccined and microchipped. No cats.

  Pico is a beautiful, very super friendly, and an affectionate dog. He has his own IG account.
  I don't know his exact DOB, as he was abandoned when he was two years.
  I adopted him 11 years ago.
  Recently he has lost his eyesight, or rather has very blurry vision.
  So if I host any Workawayer, he/she must have experience with dogs.
  It's not just put a leash on him and take him outside to pee.
