We are a couple (54-62) without children who live in a lovely house in Malaga east coast, very close to the beach.
We need temporarily some help mainly with painting works, to tune up the house for a future sell. We can offer the stay in a beautiful guest house inside our property (which otherwise is used as an rental house) to a handy workawayer who has experience in painting:-).

The village, called Rincon de la Victoria is the head of the East Malaga region called Axarquia. Our village is a pleasant and welcoming Andalusian town, and the atmosphere is totally local (far less turists than in Malaga city or the west coast) Our coast is spotted with beach bars and restaurants where to enjoy the local food.. You can also learn a bit of the history of the old inhabitants of this area (romans, phoenicians, etc.), from the neighboring museum, and sreet mosaics displayed on old tinny villages close to us.
