Help with all kinds of projects on a finca near Galician coast, Spain

  Hi I am Niki.
  
  I have a property in the countryside, close to Ortigueira. There are many projects here. Something to interest everyone! I would love positive, independent, enthusiastic, sincere people, with good communication skills to come and share my home.
  
  There are some exterior walls to be painted and some gardening to be done at the moment.
  I would like to make some wooden furniture with some of the wood I found in the barn.
  My super sweet dog Branco loves to go for long walks, so that could be a job too.
  I am planning on creating some murals, and there are some other small creative projects I would like to get done.
  There is a bathroom to be tackled as well. The plumbing will be done by a professional but I would like to do the rest with you.
  
  I also like to brainstorm together. I have thought about all of the projects for a while so I have quite clear thoughts on how it can be done, but at the same time, I would love to know someone else's thoughts on it.
  
  I speak Spanish but I would love to improve it, so a native Spanish speaker would great.
  
  I am 49 years old, young at heart and with a childlike curiosity. I'm passionate about nature, personal growth, having a healthy lifestyle and sustainability. I am open to all kinds of people but I myself am introvert and quiet (I do talk a lot when you are my kind of person though :0 ). I am highly sensitive and don't do well with loud noises or bright lights. I don't like smoking in the house or in any of the buildings. I eat simple, healthy, mostly vegetarian meals. I like a healthy lifestyle with plenty of exercise and quiet time. I am not into parties but I do enjoy life. I like mostly a simple life.
  
  If you want to discuss the news or politics I am not the place to visit ;). I do love deep conversations about life and death, culture and spirituality though.
  
  It's a great place for hiking and cycling, very tranquil and surrounded by nature. And you'll be 15 minutes from Ortigueira and the beach.
  A car is needed to get to town, but you are always welcome to come with me when I go.
  
  The house has several bedrooms, and you will have one. We share a bathroom or you can use the bathroom downstairs. It is a comfortable house. There is a space to do some workouts and a room for yoga and meditation.
  
  I am not too difficult but I do expect you to work as hard as I do when you do a job. To be in the moment and be focused and just get it done as good as you can.
  
  I have been a workawayer for many years, but this is the first year that I am hosting myself. I want to be the best host I can be, so good communication is essential.

  Galicia is a beautiful area. I will show you some beautiful places around here. There are many places I still have to visit so we can do this together if you would like. In the summer I would like to drive to the beach as often as possible.

  Ajuda

  The two jobs I would like to get done now are painting the exterior of the house (the bottom part) and I am creating a patio for relaxing I can definitely use some ideas and help with that.
  
  I speak Spanish but I would love to improve it.

  Acomodação

  Private bedroom with a single bed. There is also a room with a double bed which you can use as long as there are no other guests. We share the bathroom, the living room and the kitchen.

  There are lots of walks in the area. The town is about 10 km from the house. There is no public transportation but you can come with me when I go to town.
